I don’t know much about perfumes, so I’m hesitant to share an opinion, but I absolutely love this one and it’s sad that it has no reviews yet. At first glance, the pale pink makes it look childish, but it hides so much more. The bottle is youthful yet formal, like a party dress with pleats that accentuate the figure. At first, it smells like fresh, talc-dusted roses, as if you just picked a bouquet of roses and lilies from a freshly watered garden; a pleasant, clean opening. Then, with the Virginia cedar and oakmoss notes, it remains talc-dusted; the rose steps back but keeps its intensity, now rougher and more mature, always fresh and clean. It’s very feminine, I don’t see it much on men, though it might suit them. Ideal for spring and summer, more for day than night, but everyone has their taste. If you like pink-wood bases, give it a try. If you’re looking for a clean sensation, you’ll love it. If you’re tired of the typical watery rose water scent, this John Galliano Eau de Toilette is for you.
