They say in English it smells like Dior Sauvage, but it’s nothing like that; it’s 100% an Invictus Intense clone. Quite generic and boring on my skin. I bought it blind and regret it, what a disappointment. Longevity 3 hours, sillage 1. I only recommend it if you love Invictus Intense and don’t want to spend too much. I give it a 6 out of 10.
We don’t expect a masterpiece from a clone, but Hunter Intense delivers. It smells great among so many similar options, with sweet notes and an aromatic base. It reminded me a lot of Lacoste L12.12 Blanc; the opening is stronger, sweeter, and citrusy. Once dried, it smells 50% like Sauvage but always with that sweet Invictus touch. It lasted 8 hours on my skin: 1.5 hours noticeable and 6.5 hours on the skin. It performs much better on clothes. Compared to other Armaf clones, this beats them all in longevity. Scent 7, longevity 8, projection 7, sillage 8, price 10.
Wow! Excellent value. I don’t call it a clone out of respect for this Emirati brand. It’s the perfect blend of Invictus Intense and Dior Sauvage, and on dry-down it smells like that classic Lacoste men’s soap. Everything in one bottle at a price everyone can afford.
Exquisite scent, perfect for going out or work. For the price, buy blind without hesitation. Smells like Invictus at first and Dior Sauvage later. Medium-good longevity. Perfect to start your collection.
One of my favorite Armaf scents. I agree with many: it’s a great blind buy and reminds you of Dior Sauvage and Invictus. Medium longevity: about 2 hours of sillage and 4-6 on the skin without being heavy. Ideal for open spaces or hot afternoons. Women love it. If you don’t have Invictus or Sauvage, it’s a good option, though it doesn’t fully replace them. Great price and excellent scent.
One of my favorite Armaf scents. The curious thing is that my opinion aligns with many others: it’s a great blind buy. It has similarities to Dior Sauvage and Invictus. The longevity is moderate: about 2 hours in the sillage and 4-6 on my skin, without being overpowering. I recommend it for open spaces with moderate use, perfect for a hot afternoon; women love it. It’s a good option if you don’t have Invictus or Sauvage, although it doesn’t fully replace them. Great price and excellent smell.
It seemed more similar to Montblanc Legend to me, obviously it smells like Invictus, but not much like Sauvage. It’s a scent for going out, not a beast mode either. If you skip it, you’re missing out on nothing.
If you don’t want to spend much and are looking for something fresh that lasts well, even if the scent is a bit generic, it’s a good option. It’s fresh and energizing.
I love it. My wife gifted it to me for my birthday, and I was really touched. It resembles Mont Blanc Legend or Invictus Intense a bit, and also Armaf Ventana. But it’s a fantastic fragrance for me. 💯👌🏻🔥
I liked it; it’s a very fresh fragrance with similarities to Armaf Ventana. It has good longevity, though it’s not a beast mode. Excellent for summer.
I was looking for this perfume because seeing it was like having Sauvage and Invictus at the same time, I thought: I want it! When it arrived (only 20 dollars, wow), upon spraying it I thought: it’s a sweeter, fruitier Sauvage, more wearable from the start thanks to the Invictus touch. The longevity is very good, over 8 hours on me. I loved it. It leans closer to Prada Luna Rossa Carbon for that sweet touch. Recommended. The bottle is quite original; I would have just liked it to be transparent to see the liquid.
Armaf usually releases inspirations, good and bad, and this is one of the very good ones. They took the best of Invictus and Sauvage, mixed them, and here is Hunter Intense: a beast of a perfume at a ridiculous price. The saleswoman, my wife, and my daughter all loved it. Although it’s not a museum piece, for around 30 dollars, it’s super sexy and versatile, perfect for everyday wear.
70% Sauvage (old formula) and 30% Invictus.
I bought this just because of the reviews since Nuit Intense was out of stock. I sprayed it at 8:40 AM between my shirt and jacket; when I got to work, I took off the jacket, and when I left, I put it back on. That night at 10, a friend invited me over and asked what great perfume I was wearing, thinking I’d just put it on. Short story: infinite longevity, a mix of Sauvage and Invictus but with its own style.
It’s 70% of the old formula of Sauvage mixed with 30% of Invictus.
Reminds me of the opening of CDNI, but without that annoying spike; it evolves into something sweet, aquatic, and woody that smells glorious. The lavender turns mentholated and sweet, creating a super refreshing and addictive effect.
Very exquisite scent, but with poor sillage and projection. I wouldn’t recommend it, although I did get a few compliments after an hour of wearing it. The smell is almost imperceptible. My climate is hot both day and night.
I don’t see any resemblance to Sauvage, but it does remind me of Invictus, with a soapy vibe. It’s a generic scent, but that doesn’t make it bad. I think it’s perfect for a young college guy or casual outings. Not for me, but the good thing is I got it for free.
Just tried it and yes, it resembles Invictus (a bit soapy) and leans more toward Sauvage, though I’d say it has Dylan Blue’s fruity notes. Update: the dry-down is indeed just like Sauvage.
I’ve used it several times and it seems like a mix between YSL EDP and Sauvage, but with a fruitier touch. Smells quite good, though nothing groundbreaking. Still, for the price, it’s a great option.
Very rich, good longevity, and excellent price. It never fails for everyday wear.
For 30 euros or less, it’s a good perfume: the scent is correct and it lasts about 4 hours, but it’s luxurious on the skin.
I like it! I’ve tried the first Invictus and Sauvage EDT, and I agree with others that HI is a mix of those, though heavily Dior-inspired. Still, it has its own identity and doesn’t feel generic; it’s a great option for the price. I even prefer it to Urban Man Elixir, which is very similar to Sauvage but falls short on quality. The performance is solid, with those fresh, clean citrus notes making it ideal for hot days. Recommended.
It’s a hybrid between Invictus, Legend, and Sauvage EDT: the opening smells like the first two, but as it dries down, it transforms into Sauvage.
Very interesting, an excellent blend. It smells elegant and, honestly, it doesn’t care about the weather.
True, it smells like Sauvage EDT (or Dylan Blue), but it’s not a carbon copy. It has its own merit; it borrows elements but executes them brilliantly, featuring two distinct phases: the opening and the dry down.
To me, it’s a confusing scent; sometimes it reminds me of Invictus and Invictus Intense, then a ‘vintage’ vibe like Drakkar Noir (here it feels too soapy), and deep in the dry-down, Sauvage. It’s not a direct dupe, but I don’t find a defined scent. It’s like wearing several perfumes at once where they all compete and none stand out. A plus is it has decent longevity and moderate sillage.
An ‘over-vitaminized’ layering dupe of Invictus and Sauvage: loud and quite persistent. Super recommended for parties and events in open spaces.
Armaf Hunter Intense has a slightly citrusy opening with a sweet, bubblegum-like vibe, and a musky base. A very good, versatile, and youthful fragrance, nothing too formal, more for parties or daily use.
Incredible; for the price, it’s a steal for any young person. If it reminds you a bit of Sauvage, it’s great for public places, parties, or even school, lasts a long time, and smells amazing. I’m surprised it doesn’t have more popularity since, to me, it’s superior to Armaf’s Urban Man Elixir; the difference is this Hunter feels more defined and less invasive. Highly recommend it to any young person for the price.
A fragrant gem, beautiful packaging, and spectacular for parties with compliments all night long. The price is unbeatable; performance isn’t mind-blowing but lasts longer than average. Honestly, one of my best fragrances. Will definitely repurchase. It’s linear, but the notes are delicious and make you forget it is.
A proper blue fragrance, very good and trendy. Initial projection is insane but fades quickly; acceptable longevity and excellent value for money. Opens citrusy, moves to a dark amber with geranium, then a soapy phase with lavender, finally drying down like Invictus without the bubblegum scent or heavy musk. Another example of how reviewers set the trend and others follow. The dry-down is so similar to Invictus it feels like a flanker, and for those who can’t handle that smell, this is better. The Sauvage comparison feels forced to me, though I get why people link the citrusy, almost ambered lavender and geranium to it; it doesn’t reach that level because Sauvage is a complex spectacle, unlike Dylan Blue or YSL Y. I don’t think calling it a blend helps set the right expectations. For those seeking a less piercing Sauvage, I recommend Armaf Ventana, though it’s less dark and masculine with less ambroxan; there’s also Maison Alhambra’s Salvo which is closer.
The definition of a blue fragrance: a blender of Invictus Aqua, Dylan Blue, Sauvage EDT, and a dash of Y EDP. Acceptable quality for the price ($20-30) with decent 5-6 hour longevity. Ideal for daily wear, college, and casual outings, great value. I’d buy it again without a doubt.
Under 600 Mexican pesos and it’s a total masterpiece. Inspired by Sauvage EDT with a touch reminiscent of the original Invictus, making it unique yet easy to wear and universally liked. Nothing too sophisticated, it’s a guaranteed winner and at this price, you can’t complain. Perfect for open spaces and transitional seasons like spring and fall; optimal performance in temperate climates between 18 and 30 degrees. A definite winner.
I don’t know why, but this smells exactly like Y EDP.
A sweet wild blend mixing 80% Sauvage with 20% Invictus. Totally recommended for a blind buy.
