I bought a decant to test it before buying blind. Unlike others, I don’t sense the citrus notes; in the opening and dry down, it smells more like mint and lavender. It always reminds me of Natura’s Kaiak Aventura, probably because they share the sage note. If you have that perfume, you might agree with me. It didn’t disappoint, I like it, but I expected more citrus; I barely notice the orange and grapefruit blend in the background.
Great scent at first, then it turns sweet and forest-fresh. Lasts about 12 hours with moderate sillage. Perfect for summer.
It’s a clone of Invictus Platinum, but without that absinthe-like alcohol note.
I’ve been wearing it for a month and it’s improved quite a bit. At first, it smelled like glue with Hawas, but that scent faded over time (or I got used to it) and it’s not annoying anymore. It’s a basic men’s fragrance for everyday wear: you don’t stand out, but everyone will think you smell good.
Last time, people smelled it from two meters away. I was walking on a soccer field and a friend yelled from the corner: ‘What a great perfume!’. Pleasant surprise. We all know about the beastly longevity, but I didn’t expect such insane projection. Anyway, for a safe summer bet: non-stop compliments, it doesn’t fade, and it even pleases untrained noses.
I bought it after watching a thousand YouTube videos calling it a fresh masterpiece. My nose must be broken because it’s the opposite: wearing it in the heat is suicide, it’s heavy and synthetic. Two sprays and it made my stomach churn. I can’t find any citrus notes; it smells like mint tea with honey, horrible. It followed me around. Calling it fresh is like confusing day with night. Trash.
Amazing, the freshest one I own and my absolute favorite. Projection and longevity are brutal.
Strange scent, like standing next to a tree in the rain before turning too sweet. It’s okay for daytime, but over 30 degrees it’ll make you dizzy. Not bad, but I just don’t like it. The longevity, however, surprised me.
It’s a really nice, delicious orangey scent. On skin, it leaves a slightly musky impression, even though it doesn’t list musk as a note. That’s how I perceive it; I’m not sure if it’s something mentholated. It’s a perfume I won’t be without. Very rich; despite owning several challenging scents that I adore, this is one of the most commercial ones I have, and I enjoy it immensely.
Marked citrus opening that quickly transitions to anise green notes. I notice the mint a lot, not so much the lavender. It evolves with green notes, staying fresh and herbal with a subtle, non-cloying sweet base. It gives off a musky, clean vibe. It’s not as intense as the videos claim; it has good longevity for a fresh scent, leaves nice trails for the first hour, then fades slowly. I recommend it for summer, spring, casual wear, and everyday use.
Everyone recommended it expecting a younger Invictus. Total disappointment: smells like cheap, typical fragrance, no class. Only standout notes are mint, lavender, and a basic citrus touch. I’d only recommend it for kids aged 9 to 12.
Like mango-chili gummy candies and want to smell like them? Use this.
Honestly, it smells like old mint, which is weird. It lasts well enough, but it’s not that summer freshness they promised.
I bought it with hesitation because people compared it to Hawas Ice and Invictus Platinum, but they have minimal aromatic similarity; each has its own DNA. After testing it for almost two weeks, I can say Odyssey Aqua makes you feel fresh and clean. Not much is said about the fresh mint it has; I’ve read people claim it’s old mint, which is sad given that many folks don’t know much about perfumes or ambroxan. Rate it as citrusy, very warm, and upon drying, it has minimal sweet notes with a pleasant herbal touch, not annoying to the first sniff. We all have different senses of smell, so I disagree with anyone calling it bad. If you’re just starting your collection, I recommend it—it’s great value. I was impressed that my colleagues and coworkers liked it in the office; the positive feedback didn’t keep me waiting. Recommended for having something delicious for summer and warm afternoons.
Pity the opening doesn’t last as long, but it’s fresh and delicious. I tested it in the middle of a scorching summer, and the skin performance is brutal; on thick fabric, it’s definitely another level. Don’t be afraid to wear it in the heat; it smells amazing, not like a lion’s den. I adore citrus, and this Aqua and Mandaryn Sky are both top-notch, though they’re different beasts. Just a heads-up: don’t have someone else wear this daily. What a multitasker this Aqua is.
Bright citrus opening; as it dries, you notice the lavender in the background along with those herbal and green notes. The mint isn’t as strong as people say, but it still feels refreshing. Projects well for the first 2 hours, then fades a bit but lasts a long time—even after showering, I can still smell it close to the skin. It’s masculine, not for everyone, and might improve with age, but for the price, it’s a hit. 7.5/10.
Excellent perfume, very versatile. It’s for daily wear but stands out in the heat thanks to its freshness—10/10, I loved it. The longevity is unmatched: I sprayed it on my wrist for testing, and the next day, after showering, it was still there, even though I’d already applied Odyssey Homme.
Months ago, I took my girlfriend to Fraiche and decided to try a bottle inspired by L’Immensité by LV. I loved it, and the longevity is great. As it dries down, it smells very similar but with that aquatic and sweet touch of Invictus everyone talks about. It’s probably in my top 3 from the collection, alongside Homme White Edition and Mandaryn Sky Elixir.
Rich but it doesn’t last at all 😢
When it first arrived, I was disappointed: it didn’t smell bad, but it wasn’t good either, just a typical fresh scent. I let it settle for two or three weeks and it changed a lot; now it’s fresh and herbal with subtle, almost imperceptible sweet touches that complement the scent. For me, it’s safe for everyday wear, very versatile, and has brought me several compliments. Its trail is amazing: not invasive but enough to make people notice. My final verdict: it’s an excellent perfume if you’re looking for something safe, perfect for any age and occasion. If you want something reliable that delivers, it’s a great option. Scent: 9/10, Sillage: 8/10, Longevity: 8/10, Value: 10/10.
My go-to for hot weather. I wear it for everything; it’s an absolute powerhouse. If you’re on the fence, this is a 100% safe purchase. Worth every penny.
For me, this is among the best fresh, versatile, and aromatic perfumes out there at an excellent price without breaking the bank. It has great performance, projects well, and smells rich; I won’t argue with that. Every time I wear it, I enjoy it first, and then people who smell it find it scandalously delicious; you can sense something elegant and sophisticated that brings you good compliments. Women and men love it, to the point where they ask you to buy it for them. Here’s my advice, man: listen to me, buy it.
A woman’s opinion smelling it on her husband: it’s a good fragrance, but there are better options for the price. It’s ideal for heat and everyday wear, but that’s all. It feels very simple, very flat. I insist, it’s good but way too expensive for what it offers (Arabs have gotten us used to getting more for less 🫢). Edit: looking at the accords, I only smell citrus and green; I don’t sense the woody or amber notes…
It’s a fragrance that gives me nothing. The mint is unnecessary; it tries to be the star but ends up being shy; I don’t feel any citrus, just a bit of mint and grass. I don’t get the hype lately, I guess it’s easy to like because it’s very simple. I don’t recommend buying blind if you’re looking for personality; go for Turathi Blue instead.
Fresh and sweet, a delicious scent. The trail is moderate, not invasive, and it lasts quite a while on both skin and clothes.
Smells almost exactly like Club de Nuit Bling.
Fresh from start to finish. Perfect for everyday wear, the gym, school, or work. You can wear it effortlessly with great longevity and projection.
It arrived and immediately won me over. It’s a green-citrus scent, similar to Aether but with more depth. I tested it on my left hand and Thurati Electric on the right; this fragrance is a beast, while Thurati barely registers—it gets completely overshadowed. Finding a summer scent this potent is rare. Perfect for anyone over 30.
I didn’t have high expectations and I ended up liking it. Citrus opening that turns herbal and aquatic within minutes; very suitable for summer and easy to enjoy, except for the patchouli. Longevity of 10 to 12 hours after maceration, with good projection that doesn’t overwhelm. Got it for $32 (8.5/10). Do not recommend if you already have Hawas Ice or For Him, as they duplicate the Invictus DNA and it would be redundant.
Just sprayed it and came running to say it’s terrible: synthetic and exaggerated. It has a hint of 9am, which I dislike. This water barely beats it. It also smells like Bad Boy Cobalt, but worse. I don’t understand how people buy this when there’s Adolfo Domínguez that outperforms it tenfold in quality and price.
An excellent citrus scent, perfect for summer, and it has incredible longevity for its category. It’s very versatile, quite similar to Invictus Platinum, easy to wear, and you’ll definitely get some compliments. I was really surprised; it’s a great daily option.
Rich and very green. It’s all about grabbing attention: strong and long-lasting. Daily use, not for parties or enclosed spaces. At first, it has that typical synthetic smell common in Arab fragrances, but after a minute, it’s pure bliss.
My favorite perfume. Fresh, masculine, sweet, great sillage and longevity. A BRUTALITY. MY FAVORITE PERFUME.
To be honest, I just picked this up at the Armaf store during their 200ml promo. I had my expectations sky-high, and they were met: it smells like a clean man and it’s fantastic. So far, I’ve only tested it in the heat, but I’m looking forward to trying it in the cold. A very smart purchase; if you’re feeling brave enough to buy blind, I’ll update you in a few weeks.
Brutal. Vibrant and aromatic; you never get tired of it. It’s not complex or groundbreaking, and that’s exactly its success: it delivers on its promise. It has presence, it’s fresh, and the longevity is great. Chimpún. 100% recommended, always in my rotation. Nothing to envy from Acqua di Gio, and at half the price.
Opening almost identical to Invictus Platinum. After two hours, it becomes sweeter, making it versatile for day/night and temperatures between 12 and 20 degrees. It’s a youthful synthetic scent but very wearable; women love it.
My first blind buy: a battle-tested fragrance. Excellent price, longevity, and projection. I only wear it in intense heat; the opening is strong and overwhelming, but it becomes much more tolerable once it dries down. Smells like a split pineapple with lots of mint (even though it doesn’t contain pineapple). It’s not my favorite, but it’s a very good perfume for the price. If you need something that lasts in the blazing sun, this is it.
They branded me as the ‘ideal blind buy unisex’ with influencers, but it seems like another fake review. Is it decent? Yes. Is it crazy? No. Is it new? Not at all. It’s just a bottle of mint, ambroxan, and citrus; comparing it to Bad Boy Cobalt is an insult, as that one actually has personality. On my skin, it faded quickly in the heat, a bad experience. Recommended only for summer or daily use, never for special occasions.
Very versatile, perfect for day and night, but its freshness makes it ideal for hot weather. I liked the longevity for smelling good all day. Maybe the projection is a bit low, but it’s worth it for almost any occasion. Just wouldn’t wear it to an important meeting. Scent: 9/10, Sillage: 8/10, Longevity: 8/10, Value: 9/10.
The most synthetic fragrance I’ve ever tried. The opening is aggressive, smelling of astringent chemicals and cheap mint. While I love orange, it’s completely absent here. Once it dries down, you get an identifiable but artificial cypress, similar to Hugo BOSS Extreme but worse and more synthetic. It lasted over 8 hours, but it’s not pleasant. Do not buy this blindly.
