Have you worn Hayaati Beau?

Tell us how it opens, how it settles on your skin, how long it lasts and when you wear it.

  1. Bought this a month ago and, since I own the originals (JPG Le Beau and Le Beau Le Parfum), I did a direct comparison. Right out of the bottle, the coconut isn’t as creamy as the original, but after 5 minutes, the similarity is brutal: about 95% in the heart. It lasts 4 hours on my skin, but at $16 USD compared to the designer’s $120, it’s insane: worth every penny and you can reapply without guilt. Scent: 9.5/10, Longevity: 6/10, Sillage: 4/10, Price: 10/10.

It delivers for the price, but don’t expect something ultra-refined. Get it cheap or it’s not worth it. I recommend it for the gym, casual wear, and guys under 25.

  3. As a dupe for Le Beau, there are better options. This was a blind buy and initially didn’t last more than 4 hours, but after letting it macerate for 2 months, it now lasts about 6. It smells like sweet coconut, not too creamy, but what I love most is the dry down: I get a light cardamom note with sweet and soft woody accents. Longevity (macerated): 8/10, Sillage: 5/10, Scent: 8/10, Price in Chile: 20/10.

There are better dupes for Le Beau. Overall, it’s decent; it smells great at first, though it’s quite alcoholic, then it softens and leaves a very present coconut. The problem is it doesn’t last at all; after 4-5 hours, you can barely smell it.

For its $15 price tag, you can’t ask for much: the scent is well-crafted from the start, you feel the best part of JPG, but the only flaw is that it lasts a breath. Literally, I carry the bottle and 10 sprays last maybe 30 minutes. Because of this terrible performance, I use it as a room freshener, haha. Otherwise, the scent is very good, not alcoholic or synthetic, quite creamy. If you like smelling good in your personal bubble, buy it, but if you want to project, you’re fixed for 15+ sprays; there must be better Arabic dupes 🤙.

  6. Matías Alejandro Cayun

In my opinion, the perfume is worth it; it seems like a decent clone of Le Beau, even with creamy vibes. The opening does have that pharmacy alcohol smell, but it gradually reveals the similarity. It’s strange to be accused of being extremely synthetic when the JPGs aren’t that natural. Note: this perfume doesn’t aim to match Le Parfum.

For its price, you can’t ask for much, around $15. The scent is well-done from the start; you can feel the best part of the JPG, but the only flaw is that it lasts a breath, literally. I carry the bottle when I go out to spray 10 times and they last with luck 30 minutes; because of its terrible performance, I use it as a room freshener at home, haha. Aside from that, the scent is very well done, not alcoholic or synthetic, quite creamy. If you like smelling good in your personal bubble, buy it, but if you want to project, look at better Arab dupes 🤙.

In my opinion, it’s worth it; it seems like a decent clone of Le Beau with creamy vibes. The opening is heavy on that pharmacy alcohol smell, but it slowly reveals the similarity. It’s strange to accuse it of being extremely synthetic when the JPGs aren’t very natural. Just note, this perfume doesn’t aim to mimic Le Parfum.

  9. Martinr6

None of the Le Beau Le Parfum dupes reach the level; they always fail on the creamy pineapple accord, tending to be juicier with lighter dry downs, more citrusy and less woody than the original EDP. They would make a good dupe for the EDT but never quite nail the similarity.

  10. Bharara God

I don’t get @Kouzy’s comment; it’s a perfume very close to Le Beau, with a beachy vibe. Projection, sillage, and longevity are normal for today’s perfumes (1-2 hours plus 4 hours on skin). Synthetic? Probably at the same level as the JPG ingredients.

  11. DAVOSMAR

In my view, another poorly executed Le Beau dupe. The perfume isn’t bad, it just doesn’t reach what it sets out to be. This fragrance is a middle ground between Le Beau and Asad Zanzibar.

  15. Disappointing. I bought it blindly and it smells very synthetic; in the dry down it has the DNA of Le Beau but projects nothing, maybe for half an hour. There’s no good dupe for Le Beau by JPG, so it’s better to save up and buy the original instead of these synthetic clones.
