Gold Seduction by Women Secret

This is my current perfume, and being so affordable, it’s rare: the perfect balance between gourmand without being cloying and sexy without being loud. It reminds me of Black Opium but without that sharp coffee note I hate, making it versatile. It has a powdery musk opening that some might not like, but it adds sophistication. On my skin, bergamot and jasmine shine, and as it dries down, it’s rich and powdery vanilla. I recommend it for daytime formal events, though it’s made to shine at night. Imagine coming back to your penthouse after a summer dinner and lying down on freshly washed white sheets, iykyk.

They gave it to me for Christmas; it was a blind buy; neither she nor I smelled it before opening it. I smell pure alcohol as soon as I apply it, and even after it dries. I don’t smell the raspberry or the jasmine, and forget about the vanilla. I wouldn’t buy it again on my own.

Excellent fragrance for the price. Smells delicious, similar to BO but fresher. Vanilla and white flowers stand out, sweet but not cloying. It lasts 5-6 hours on my skin, no need to reapply thanks to the economical price. The packaging is adorable, the bottle with glitter is precious (though it doesn’t stay on the skin). If you want something sweet, delicious, and cheap, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s very delicious and people have complimented it, but on my skin it lasts a whisper. It’s a pity its longevity is so scarce; I only use it for errands or the gym, where I don’t need a strong scent or one that lasts long 🫣.

Very delicious. I consider it the economical dupe of Black Opium along with Zara Gardenia. It lasts less than the original but gets you through a workday or an outing. Then you have to reapply.

I hadn’t thought of it in almost 3 years without wearing it, and given its current oxidation level, it seems to be one of the best low-cost Black Opium dupes, without the coffee note, although it doesn’t need it; it has its own punch and is well worth it. WARNING: IT STAINS CLOTHES.

I tried it yesterday at Farmacity and walked out of the store immediately. Hours later, it was still clinging to my skin, and I only gave it one sniff. Definitely my next perfume. I loved the heart notes♥

I picked it up today at Juleriaque (Buenos Aires). It’s sweet and soft, ideal for women over 30 in the fall, during the day, or for the office because it doesn’t overpower. For me, it doesn’t last at all; after 10 minutes, I can’t smell it anymore. Maybe it’s because I smoke a lot. I tried other cheaper ones that lasted hours on my skin, like the Boun Candy Land by Jean Arthes, but I didn’t buy it because it seemed too young. It’s not that cheap either, almost 5,000 pesos, while the Candy Land was under 3,000.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Super glamorous and affordable perfume! Reminds me a lot of the golden ‘Como Tu’ from Mercadona; the only difference is that here the scent is a bit stronger and drier. They say the golden ‘Como Tu’ is a clone of the ‘SI’ by Giorgio Armani; if that’s true, then this is a clone of WomenSecret. On my skin, it has good longevity for about 6 hours and leaves a trail and projection. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The vanilla scent and the glitter fascinate me, haha. It has good value for money, but it’s not a powerhouse; you can tell it’s synthetic. It’s ideal for those who love this style but can’t spend 10k, or even 4k Argentine pesos, on something for daily wear. Perfect for gifting on a tight budget. I recommend carrying it in your bag to reapply every 3 or 4 hours, although it lasts a long time on clothes and hair. It has a moderate, super pleasant trail that’s not annoying at all. I use it all year, day or night. It’s my go-to: I like to be perfumed without spending on expensive perfumes for the grocery store, the gym, or everyday things. Just in case the glitter isn’t enough of a clue: it’s youthful, informal, and sexy, but more on the ordinary side. It’s not bad; that’s just me and how I feel. It’s feminine but has a unisex touch that makes me think it could work well for men who know how to wear it and don’t mind the giant gold bow.

I agree with dreami1911: without being expensive or designer, it’s a total hit! It reminds me of Black Opium but without the coffee note; Gold Section is more jasmine and vanilla. I adore its bottle and the glitter that stays on the skin when you spray it. It’s one of my favorite sweet scents; I love it, and regarding price and longevity, it has nothing to envy from the more expensive ones. Happy with the purchase. I also have Rose Seduction, which is similar to LVEB. I was tempted to try the green and light yellow ones, the freshest and citrusy of the collection.

I bought this perfume because a salesperson who already knows me told me ‘you have to try it!!!’. Of course, like all of us here… we don’t mind that kind of work. I tried it and thought ‘it’s a dupe of Black Opium’, I was wrong… it’s better! Because its trail is stronger and its longevity on my skin is approx 7-8 hours, and it lingers on clothes and hair for a long time. Although I don’t usually spray it on my hair, rubbing it in concentrates it along the length of the strands. It’s one of my most praised perfumes, and I think much more than others of a higher price, so in fall and winter it’s one of my best options when I want something durable and exquisite without spending my Black Opium, which has nothing to envy… I actually love this one more than the Black because of its longevity on my skin! My advice: if you like the Black Opium style and haven’t tried it… don’t waste your time. I’m planning to try others from this line, especially the green one.

It smells good at first, sweet like many others… Nothing special and it evaporates in a flash. In my opinion, it’s a cheap perfume that adds nothing… it doesn’t even remotely resemble Black Opium.

I bought it yesterday after searching for so long. The packaging absolutely captivates me: the bottle, the ribbon, and that shimmer are a visual delight. The scent is very similar to YSL’s Black Opium, but more subtle and fresh without losing its sweetness; it has great longevity and sillage. The glow looks very natural on the skin (in summer, with a bit of color, it would look even better).
