Get The Feeling by The House of Oud is a woody-spicy fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2020, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Maurizio Cerizza. The fragrance pyramid begins with top notes of Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon, aquatic notes, ginger, and pink pepper; the heart reveals a harmony of davana, coriander, cardamom, chamomile, and angelica; and the base settles on juniper berries, precious woods, ambrette musk, and patchouli.

This perfume has something truly unique; the blend of scents and that distinctive bottle make for an exclusive, unforgettable creation. The opening is bright and revitalizing—a powerhouse of citrus and woods that completely captivated me. The base of precious woods and patchouli is solid and enveloping. Herbal and spicy notes add freshness and complexity. If you love woody scents, this is your perfume.
First time with this house, I tried it alongside Keep Glazed thanks to a friend, and both hit the spot. It’s a curious scent: starts with sparkling citrus and effervescent green notes. Minutes later, coriander, woods, and that quasi-mossy touch (I think it’s davana) emerge. After two hours, it becomes aromatic and herbal, sharing the spotlight with the woody notes until the end. Recommended for heat and large collections; I don’t see it for daily wear, but rather for casual moments and personal enjoyment. The best part is the presentation: each bottle is unique and prettier than the last. Looking forward to trying more from The House Of Oud.
