It’s an absolute masterpiece. Upon spraying, the bergamot explodes with a sharp burst, followed by a dark iris reminiscent of the classic 2011 Dior Homme Intense, with warm chestnut and creamy chocolate notes. As it dries down, you get whisky, amber, and soft woods. Genuine Man Giovany Reserve is an insane dupe for Givenchy Gentleman Eau de Parfum Reserve Privée and a great option if you can’t find Lattafa Qaa’ed Intense. Although it starts softer than the original, it gains body over time and gets very close. On skin, it lasts 7 to 8 hours, with moderate projection for the first hour and a half before settling closer to the skin. Perfect for cold weather, formal events, dates, or dinners. Tip: Spray it several times and let it rest for 2 months to perform better. A true gem from Fragrance World.
