I’m not familiar with Cool Water. It has a really citrusy, mentholated opening, very refreshing, but it doesn’t take long to dry down. Then it becomes richer and more pleasant, maybe because of the floral notes or the musk. I’ll keep testing its sillage and longevity when the weather turns warmer. Refreshing and pleasant for daily use.
