  • I love the scent: fresh, floral, herbal, and powdery. Although everyone says it lasts a long time and has a good trail, I don’t feel that way. I apply a lot, and yet it doesn’t smell too strong. I wear it at the office, and nothing happens.

  • EDITHMEXIKO

I bought it a few years ago at a department store in Mexico; I still have a little left. I want another, but they only sell online. They say FLORABOTANICA and ROSABOTANICA are already discontinued. In Mexico, there’s no certainty that it’s original. I hesitate to buy it: will it be their formulation? Probably that’s why it’s not found here anymore. 3,000 pesos is an investment; I need to think it over.

  • I’ve been using it these days, and it’s quite easy, but not simple. I’ve worn it for walks and running; it works great in the heat, though I miss wearing it in the cold, perhaps because the rose usually sounds colder. The opening is fresh; I expected more from the mint, but on my skin, it’s a nice, modern, and soothing mint, not aggressive like in some men’s perfumes. The rose is accompanied with cleanliness, not heaviness. The vetiver adds citrus, green, and then oriental/earthy touches. The traces of carnation are minimal, but they bring joy and warmth. It’s hard for me to like a rose, but this one is cheerful and airy, with an emotional and romantic part. It’s succeeded because it has no musk, which usually ruins it for me. It evolves slightly toward the oriental with the amber, but the green part remains wonderful. It’s like a garden with wet mud and fresh, wet roses. The trail and longevity on skin are optimal. I’ll use it in cooler seasons; I like that wet wood and earthy effect. The bottle is elegant and the box eye-catching, though the box should feature a swamp with roses and carnivorous plants. If you like different florals, try it on sale; maybe I was ready to switch from my orientals, and I liked it.

  • I bought it blind and have no regrets; it’s delicious. On my skin, I feel an explosion of fresh, green roses, nothing cloying. The cannabis note is barely noticeable, and the green notes make it energizing. Although I expected more ‘controversy,’ in my opinion, it’s easy to wear, feminine, floral, and fresh—perfect for work or informal gatherings. Longevity and trail are wonderful; it lasts eight hours on me.

  • Bought blind and with great trepidation, knowing it’s not cheap. Result: my skin loves it and reacted beautifully.

  • Like several others, I bought it blind with high expectations for something super distinct and potent, but for me, it’s a soft herbal/floral. We’ll keep giving it chances. Bottle: 10, Scent: 7, Trail: 6, Longevity: 7. I’m not sure if I’d buy it again; at that price, I can find more special fragrances with better performance.

  • Ciberpirata

It arrived yesterday along with another. I put one on each arm and felt a slight itch. This morning, after showering and spraying again, I felt the itch return in my nose and throat, leading to a runny nose and chills. Intuitively, I thought it was the perfume; I read comments from people with the same allergic reaction. I showered quickly, rubbed the areas, and changed clothes. I don’t think it’s the cannabis, as I’ve used it without issues before. I hope this doesn’t happen to you; stay alert. I’ll gift it to my sister to see what happens to her. I love the scent, and it lasts a long time.

I bought it blind, and despite forbidding myself to do so, it happened again. It got stuck between my eyebrows, and I’m hooked! It had been on my wishlist for years, but the price held me back until I saw a deal for 100ml for under €40. The cannabis note is there, herbal, like rubbing a plant leaf and keeping the residual scent. It’s not annoying; it stays in the background. The rose isn’t a fleshy bouquet, but a rose bush with stems and leaves, sparse. The queens are mint and vetiver: the mint is icy, like bathing in a mountain lake, then it yields to amber and vetiver that dries out the humidity. It evokes a garden of woody shrubs, from a humid morning to a summer afternoon. My disappointment is the carnation: I love it, but I don’t really smell it; the mint overpowers it. Longevity for a fresh scent, but 8 hours is an exaggeration; I barely notice it today. Trail is subtle, better in the heat. For confident women, not too young, who enjoy being outdoors.

  • I love it! It’s a strange fragrance that won me over the moment I tested it. It moves away from those cloying scents currently in vogue; it’s fresh and wild. If you’re looking for something far from the conventional and sugary, this is it. I’ll definitely repurchase—I love it!

  • CYNTHIA1980

Fresh, creamy, and full of personality, it stands out from the ordinary. The trail and longevity are top-notch, and the cannabis note is barely noticeable—perfect for those on the fence. It’s an absolute bomb and highly recommended!

  • Beautiful. Simple, cool, neat, minimalist, and without pretensions. Roses with their stems and mint leaves encapsulated in a block of ice; that’s the image built when smelling it, I loved it. And the bottle, amazing.

  • Like many, I bought it blind for its notes and for reading that it makes a difference with current perfumes; that idea appeals to me. For me, smelling it evokes a spring morning at dawn (already in summer clothes but with a light jacket due to the freshness), in a garden or place with vegetation. You approach a rosebush wet with dew, smell the whole rosebush wet and fresh, planted in the earth, and you are calm enjoying a new radiant but fresh morning. That’s what it smells like and that’s what it conveys. The cannabis, if you know it, you find it. The carnation is also noticeable slightly, but the rose overlaps the other notes, at least on my skin. In short, it smells like a rosebush. It’s not a complicated scent, nor is it risky to buy blind. It’s pleasant, although it left me a bit cold because I expected more. Maybe summer is the better time. I’m not disappointed but it wasn’t a discovery. I bought it economically, 37€ for 100ml; if it weren’t so, if I had been disgusted. The aromas are used by whoever wants and whenever they want, but in my opinion, very unisex is not. I find it very feminine, nothing sensual or sexual, rather modest, calm, and with a touch of elegance. I see it for using in the mornings, daily, offices. I think I’ll be more comfortable in spring and summer. It doesn’t seem to have great sillage, although people perceive it if they walk close. It is long-lasting, it lasts all day.

  • ZenNatsume

Excellent unisex green perfume. On my skin, the carnation stands out, with mint and a very fresh rose; it’s a highly pleasant aroma, excellent for warm weather, different from everything I’ve heard. It has excellent projection and lasts more than 8 hours. It makes me feel like I’m walking in an open, sunny field full of flowers, with a river that allows you to breathe its freshness. Highly recommended.

  • EDURNE GRIJALBA

Definitely a scent different from current perfumes. To me, it smells like a large bouquet of fresh roses freshly cut with some carnations, bottled in a fragrance: fresh, herbal, and floral. A very natural smell, without pretensions, but with class and elegance. Clean, nothing strident, but noticeable for many hours. Suitable for any age, place, and occasion… ideal as a signature scent. Although I must say, as I imagine more (and so I use it), it’s in spring, dressed informally.

  • I bought it blind because it was cheap; I don’t understand all the wonderful reviews. It’s a simple green aromatic scent where for me the mint stands out. Among my favorites are the fresh, aquatic, citrus, and floral ones with rose as the protagonist. Florabotanica doesn’t seem fresh to me; I detect the rose very weakly, and if I breathe deeply, I recognize the aroma of marijuana (the plant itself, not burnt). Years ago I accidentally had a marijuana plant in the garden, I know its smell, and I detect it clearly here, which bothers me. Overall, it’s a green aromatic perfume; anyone who has smelled the plant can notice its aroma. No one planted it, someone in my family threw a ‘coquito’ in the garden and it grew alone; we pulled it out big, it grew back; we pulled it out small and it didn’t grow back.

  • I bought Florabotanica blind and liked it quite a bit; I recognize in it an elegant fragrance, a fresh rose with an herbal touch that later dries powdery, but it doesn’t bother me (I’m not a fan of powdery scents). It’s more appropriate for spring and summer, perfect for the office, with moderate-to-low sillage. The downside is that its longevity on me doesn’t exceed 4 hours, the last ones very close to the skin. I’ll enjoy it, but I don’t know if I’d repeat. I tested it side-by-side with Rosa Moceniga by Merchant of Venice and they are very similar, especially when dried. The opening of the latter is greener, then they resemble each other. I prefer RM for that green touch reminiscent of Hermès, great fragrances for warm climates.

  • LulaFlower

How beautiful Florabotanica is. Perfect for spring or summer, this minimalist, sophisticated bouquet looks freshly cut, even with dew. I love the mint, and here it accompanies that fresh rose in a wonderful way. I see it more as a daytime fragrance for daily life, something easy and elegant that lifts the mood and takes me to the greenery of a garden after a hot afternoon.

  • What makes this fragrance special is the cannabis note. That herbal, earthy touch, rounded and soft, is entirely hers. The flowers and mint surround and decorate her, but Florabotanica smells like the interpretation of marijuana in perfumery: clean, wet green earth. Rich, velvety, pretty, and never invasive. Another perfume where this note is the star and very well executed is ‘California Snow’ by Mackenzie Reilly.

  • Like all perfume lovers, ‘Florabotánica’ has been on my mind; the cannabis ingredient gave me pause, and I didn’t want to buy it blind, so I got a decant to try… wow! It’s not a total eureka moment in perfumery… fresh, soft, elegant. I didn’t detect the cannabis scent at all; it’s like smelling a bunch of freshly opened, damp flowers… roses and carnations… dusted, yes. There’s no denying it’s a tender, relaxing aroma. Nothing to say about longevity; it lasted easily 8 hours on me, which blew my mind because with such a soft scent, I thought it would fade quickly. Would I buy it? I’m still thinking about it… here in my country, it’s super expensive, and I don’t think it’s worth it.

  • I tried this on a sales associate’s recommendation at a classic Madrid perfumerie. At first, it didn’t grab me; I kept smelling it until it dried down into a heavy gourmand (Flowerbomb Nectar). Upon retesting, I think Florabotanica is the right purchase: it’s much more versatile. It smells delicious of roses over an herbal, fresh base with just a powdery touch. It doesn’t smell like marijuana at all, which used to scare me. It works great in any season, though it shines in spring, and it’s very wearable. A wide audience will like it; it’s not invasive, perfect for daytime or even the office. Moderate sillage, lasts about 9 hours on my skin. Scent 7/10, Longevity 9/10, Sillage 7/10, Value 7.5/10, Packaging 6.5/10. Would I buy again? Probably not.

  • Does anyone know if they reformulated this masterpiece? I can’t believe what happened to me! I tested a spray from a decant on a blotter and fell in love instantly; the blotter perfumed the room for a month, highlighting the freshness of mint and rose with a green aromatic note I assume is cannabis. Then I bought it from an overseas online store because it’s unavailable here, paying a fortune in taxes. The problem is I hadn’t tested it on skin: it lasted 5 minutes and then faded until it was almost invisible. I bought it from ForeverLux on eBay; it came sealed with an original batch code, doesn’t look like a replica or refilled. I had a drop left from the decant and tested it on a new blotter: the old one was more intense, the new one fades quickly, especially on skin. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s a shame, it’s an aroma among my top 10, a work of art.

  • Danielle_Gris

A lovely, classy perfume for the heat of the summer. On my skin, it leans more green than aromatic. Right after spraying, you barely smell anything—it just feels like alcohol. Then it opens up with white rose buttons and pink and white carnations over a slightly minty base. That’s when you catch that sharp, green, resinous, potent cannabis note; the plus is that it blends in with the florals, not too literal. But if you know cannabis, you’ll find it, and not in a subtle way. It doesn’t smell powdery on my skin either. It’s directly fresh. In fact, I gave away Estée Lauder’s Pleasures because they’re very similar, except this one harmonizes around peony, where cannabis takes center stage in Balenciaga. The trail is powerful for the first half-hour, then it stays close to the skin. Longevity is 4–6 hours.

  • Reminds me of Allure by Chanel. Just received it, and that’s the first thing I notice. I’ll let it settle to see how it develops.

  • It’s a shame it’s so expensive because it would be a perfect everyday fragrance. Right out of the bottle, it smells like pure mint with alcohol, and seconds later I pick up a cannabis note—bitter and intense. It doesn’t smell like the plant to me, but rather like resin, similar to what’s left in a pipe after smoking, though it fades quickly and gives way to a sour, greenish rose. After hours, it reminds me of a blue Coty body mist I used in high school. I finished a small bottle and although I like it, I wouldn’t spend that much on it; I bought a Zenz inspired version that doesn’t ask for anything.

  • This perfume is potent and lasts more than a day; you can still smell it even after two days. However, I didn’t detect any rose or evoke any garden vibes. It’s a good pick if you’re looking for projection and longevity, but honestly, it disappointed me because it gave me nothing but a headache. The only scent was the one many perfumes leave after showering and rubbing in where it was applied, just much denser.

  • It opens with a very green carnation and a bitter scent vaguely reminiscent of marijuana. The bitterness fades quickly, revealing a green, mentholated, and light rose that alternates with the initial phase. Both projection and longevity are very good, which surprised me in a fresh fragrance. Despite not being a huge rose fan, I liked Florabotanica. I see it as unisex leaning feminine, very versatile for warm days. I don’t think the marijuana note is explicit enough to scare anyone off, so it can be worn on any occasion. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 5/10 Versatile: 6/10 Original: 6/10.

  • It smells like spring, energizing without being citrusy, cheerful yet elegant. Florabotanica is spring in a bottle. The opening is an aromatic bomb mixing the freshness of mint with the elegant floral vibe of a modern, wet rose. The cannabis note appears right away, a key nuance. Don’t worry, it doesn’t smell like marijuana; it smells like a pile of green, resinous leaves scattered over wet earth. Over time, it becomes more woody, slightly powdery, and less fresh, but it keeps the greenery, moisture, and brutal mint. Longevity is surprisingly good—I get 12 hours on skin with moderate projection. Perfect for spring and summer, almost exclusively daytime, casual or elegant. Ideal for daily wear. Unisex? Yes, yes, and a hundred times yes. Slightly feminine but totally wearable by men. Spring in a bottle. If you want to see more content, check out my YouTube channel: Perfúmate Con JL.

I tested it first on blotting paper and didn’t like it. Recently, I gave it another chance and was pleasantly surprised on skin. Florabotanica has a fresh, sparkling opening that isn’t citrusy like usual, which I loved. Refreshing mint joins a fantastic, different rose. For me, who doesn’t usually like rose, this one is a hit: fresh, natural, youthful, nothing dense or old-fashioned. Then it turns more intense and herbal, with scents of wet earth and green leaves (I imagine that’s the cannabis). Vetiver stands out at the end with moisture and soft amber touches. It’s like being in a garden after a storm, breathing in fresh air and wet plants. A different, modern, cheerful, and fresh fragrance. Very spring-like and unisex-feminine. Sillage and longevity are moderate on my skin. It deserves its reputation and is worth trying for how special it is.

  • Sharlette

I’ve never liked rose in perfumes, so I dared to order this blind. It starts herbal, smelling like wet earth similar to Acqua Di Gioia and freshly cut rose stems. On my skin, it becomes a bit powdery, reminiscent of Chloé but without that potent rose; instead, I smell the damp stems. It’s elegant but too soft, with no sillage or trail, which I don’t like. The longevity isn’t beastly as claimed—about 6 hours on skin and longer on clothes if I spray 15+ times (I love putting on half a bottle 😂). It’s perfect for spring-summer; in Texas where it’s over 106°F, this perfume doesn’t bother me at all, which is rare for heat 🥵.

  • First impression: the cannabis note hits immediately and is very obvious. It’s interesting but complicated. I was looking for something fresh and original for work, and Florabotanica is that, but I don’t want to smell like weed at 8 am. After 40 minutes, it settles into a more comfortable green scent. I’ll come back in a few days to update you on how it develops.

  • Hard to describe. It’s green, like a cut stem, like a florist shop, like water left in a vase. Breaking a bunch of carnations with mint and smelling your hands—that’s it. Carnation and mint dominate the whole time, they don’t fade. Not everyone smells the rose; I don’t… luckily. Vetiver and cannabis are potent; they can overwhelm you if you over-spray. Together, it reminds me of 80s bombs, where carnation was omnipresent. P.S. Although the bottle is visually pretty, don’t buy it blind, though curiously, grandmothers with geraniums and carnations love it. 🤔🤣

  • Ojos Claros

I adore fragrances with carnation, and this couldn’t be any less (I used Beautiful years ago). This perfume intimidated me because of the cannabis. I already have one with that note, and people always comment on whether I know what I’m wearing. I tried it at Druni on the sales associate’s suggestion, and I smiled when he offered it, even though I had dismissed it after reading the notes. It’s an intense, unique floral wonder. Very special and distinguished. The notes are fused beautifully. Someone said it smells like flowers in the field after the rain, and I agree. Intense and deep flowers with green freshness. I like it much more than others because the flowers don’t smell wilted; it reminds me of Elegantly Tokyo and Golden Decade from Zara. Way more flowers than stated. A magnificent perfume. Longevity: more than 48 hours on clothes.

  • Candeleda

Perfect for spring. I didn’t like it on paper, but on skin, even though it seemed strange at first, it’s a delight that brightens the day. It smells like freshly cut grass and mint. Then to roses with stems, to cloves, to being in a park in the shade just after watering (wet plants, not wet earth). I didn’t notice the marijuana note at first, until one day, right after spraying, it hit me very intensely, and now I feel it in bursts. Longevity: projects for 4-5 hours and close to the skin for another 4 or 5, with bursts when you move. I’ve felt it on clothes the next day. I see it as unisex, though slightly feminine. I don’t see it for night.

  • Perla Vencis

I’d heard a lot about this scent and decided to try it. I had doubts due to the reviews, but my take is positive. What do I notice? The opening invades me with mint, reminding me of the candies my grandmother used to give me in winter. Then comes a very noticeable rose accompanied by carnation. The cannabis is there, but it doesn’t bother me; if you look for it, you’ll find it, but it’s very light. It’s a bouquet of roses and carnations woody with vetiver. Although it’s clean, herbal, and soapy, I wouldn’t buy the bottle; I’ll stick with the experience in the tester.

  • Hard to describe. A fragrance that no one else will have. People will ask what you’re wearing. It’s rare, acidic, fresh, and floral all at once. Smelling it is like having a spark of mint on your nose. If you’re looking for sweet, forget it. You won’t go unnoticed; in the office, they’ll know you’ve arrived, and if you forgot your sweater, they’ll know it’s yours. I wore it once and it looked perfect on a guy. You’ll feel clean all day, like you just took a shower. Do you know Issey Miyaki for Men? They’re not alike, but they share that rare, intense vibe. A cluster of freshly cut grass.

  • Bibilalique

What a beautiful herbal blend, perfectly balanced. Starts very green, but a gorgeous green, like being surrounded by plants. Then it dries down to a very fine rose; I usually don’t care for roses, but here they are tiny buds that add more charm to the garden. Definitely a jewel.

  • Super herbal scent; the cannabis is noticeable on my skin but fades after two hours and remains very pleasant. The trail is very personal. The downside is it doesn’t last long, but it’s worth it for the freshness. It’s not sweet or overly floral; it smells like wet grass after dew or a night of rain—something fresh but not petrichor, more herbal.

  • My number one perfume; I have about six or seven bottles, the newer ones with extra care since they’re no longer being made. It’s impossible to explain, there’s no comparison. It smells addictive, sexy, sensual, and elegant. Herbal and green, but with a very particular citrus touch. An unmatched wonder.

  • A flower that truly hooks you. You can definitely tell the mint, rose, carnation, and even the cannabis. It blends beautifully, and you won’t hesitate to spray it without any complexes.
