Descripción
Esta Flor Rosa by Natura is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2015, this composition was created by Verônica Kato and Isaac Sinclair. The top notes unfold with lychee, grapefruit, bergamot, spicy notes, mandarin, and hyssop; the heart reveals a harmony of Bulgarian rose, peony, violet, calendula, sambac jasmine, and water lily; while the base notes settle on musk, sandalwood, resins, Amberwood, vanilla, opoponax, tonka bean, and patchouli.

I received a sample and I have to say the scent is interesting, but not good… it smells like candle wax. In fact, it smells exactly like an Iluminata candle called ‘Violet Dreams’… it would work well as a home fragrance.
The sample arrived and the scent is curious, but it doesn’t convince me… it smells like candle wax, just like the ‘Violet Dreams’ by Iluminata. It would be perfect for home use.
Rose, rose, and more rose! It’s rich and very different.
Could it smell like something from Paco Rabanne?
I love it… elegant, fresh, floral, so much rose… ufff, so rich.
According to what I read, this line highlights a single scent instead of making a cocktail. Honestly, florals aren’t usually my thing, but this captivated me. It smells like pure rose, elegant and harmonious. You can really smell the flower; it’s not sweet, it’s fresh and gives a refreshing morning vibe. It’s a one-of-a-kind perfume.
I’ve read that this line, like THIS ROSE FLOWER and THIS ORANGE FLOWER, aims to highlight a single scent instead of a cocktail. Honestly, I’m not a fan of florals, but this one hooked me. It smells like PURE ROSE. It’s elegant and harmonious, you can really tell the flower is there. It’s not sweet, it’s fresh, giving that ‘refreshing morning’ feeling. It’s unique.
I loved that refined rose scent. Both the rose and orange notes are unique. Anyone who tries it won’t regret it.
I’m absolutely enchanted by this refined rose scent. Both the rose and orange notes are truly unique. Anyone who tries it won’t regret it.
I was looking for a rose perfume and it’s delicious; the flower is very noticeable with citrus, very feminine and fresh. The trail is moderate, ideal for those seeking floral and feminine, good quality. The only flaw is longevity: I put it on at noon and by 4 I couldn’t smell it anymore.
Smells like a real rose, but it’s subtle and delicate, very fresh. Harmonious and not at all overpowering.
A different kind of rose, not the typical cologne rose… very, very rich.
The more I learn about roses, the more I like this one. It stands apart from classics like Rose Goldea or Rose de Bvlgari, and from so many flankers with added rose floating around. It’s not quite as unique as Bond No 9 West Side or Amouage Lyric, but honestly, it holds up super well. It makes the flower look great, haha. In my list of complex roses, I compare it to Ma Dame by JPG, Valentino Rosa Assoluto, and the famous Stella by Stella McCartney… The opening is a bit fruity, then it turns velvety. I prefer that second facet, just a touch sweeter, like the rose is slightly candied. I have a Biogreen Bulgarian Rose room spray for aromatherapy. It’s beautiful: a rose with green touches, dense, a bit dark, but with all that floral richness. Truly gorgeous, nothing like soap roses or supermarket sprays. Now that I know that monomolecular Biogreen fragrance, I say THIS ROSE FLOWER is based on a solid Bulgarian rose. It lists many notes, but they all blend to create a single effect. Lasts a long time on the skin with moderate projection that varies by person. Every time I wear it, I sniff it and love it. I paired it with Narciso EDP and it’s fantastic. But with other perfumes, the fruity phase can sometimes become quite acidic… A beloved piece of my collection that I wouldn’t want to be without.
The more roses I know, the more I love this one. It stands out from classic roses (Rose Goldea, Soendiá Rose, Rose de Bvlgari, Live Irresistible Rosy Crush, and countless flankers with added roses floating around). I have to admit, when it launched, it didn’t grab my attention; I thought it would be a graceless floral. Wrong! It took me a while to try it, and I was totally mistaken. On my skin, I get an intense rose accompanied by sandalwood and musk (sometimes I think of incense sticks), then the oily note intensifies, with a light touch of bergamot adding freshness. A beautifully crafted floral by Verônica Kato that holds its own against high-end perfumes. Lasting power is acceptable (5 hours on my skin) with moderate projection, perfect for a super hot day. Straight to my spring-summer wishlist.
I have to admit, when it first launched, I wasn’t impressed, thinking it would be a graceless floral with no soul or character. Until recently, I finally got to try it, and I was completely wrong. On my skin, I get an intense rose paired with sandalwood and musk (at times, I even think of incense sticks), followed by an oily note with a slight bergamot touch that adds freshness. A beautifully crafted floral masterpiece by Verônica Kato that has nothing to envy from high-end perfumes. Lasting power is acceptable (5 hours on my skin) with average projection, perfect for a super hot day. Straight to my spring-summer wishlist.
Nov-2019: A few weeks ago I received the Stella by Stella McCartney. They share a lot of familiarity in how they’re composed. Stella is more amber, a bit fresher, with a slightly more natural rose. The Natura version dries down more musky with a tiny hint of acidity…
I’m a bit regretting this blind buy because all the reviews said it smelled like roses, but it doesn’t; on me, it’s just musk and incense, even giving off a men’s cologne vibe. I catch some citrus at first, but it lasts maybe 3 minutes before giving way to those ‘oily notes’ that smell like church incense. No rose or jasmine at all—they’re completely absent, going straight for resins and woods. I’m disappointed, but I’m still hunting for that absolute rose scent.
I’m a bit regretting this blind buy because all the reviews said it smelled like roses, and it DOES NOT. On me, it just smells like musk and incense; it even gives off a slightly masculine vibe. At first, I do detect the citrus, but they last nothing—maybe 3 minutes at most—before giving way to the oily notes I perceive as the scent of church incense. No rose or jasmine to be found; they’re completely absent, going straight for the resins and woods. I’m sad, but I’m still searching for that rose absolute u_u
It smells like pure, oily roses. No citrus or other notes for me. At first, it smells like old roses, like when you leave rose water out too long and it starts to smell a bit off. Then that impression fades, leaving the unique rose scent, nothing sweet or citrusy, just flowers. The longevity is okay but nothing outstanding, neither the trail nor the staying power; it lasts only a while. I think the price is high considering it’s a catalog item; I won’t buy it again (I bought it after testing samples that smelled much better than the perfume itself). I’ll finish using it, but it will be a ‘next’ for me.
I’m sorry, but rose in perfumery is my least favorite note because on my skin it smells terrible. But with this one, I couldn’t take it: it smelled like roses soaked in olive oil, gave me a terrible headache, and that was just with the sample to rule it out. It’s gone.
It has a soft, delicate scent, not invasive, but from my perspective, it passes without glory; it’s fine if you like sweet, soft perfumes.
This was the first ‘Esta Flor’ in Mexico, and what could be better than a monochromatic poem to the rose, queen of flowers. The Bulgarian rose has a unique harvesting process; it’s picked at dawn by women’s hands (if men do it, the scent isn’t as sublime). It’s a very pure, refined rose, revered with incense sticks that caress it with their smoke; dusty with velvet nuances. On my skin, I catch faint hints of rosewood, leaves, and stems. Maybe some won’t grasp all the elegance of simple purity. Of all rose perfumes, this captures her best. I dare to claim this because I own 100% pure Bulgarian rose essential oil from a top brand, and the scent is remarkably similar, confirming that Esta Flor is a pure, natural aroma. Needless to say, roses have powerful properties for mood and immunity. Long live the roses!!! I hope to see this fragrance and all the other ‘Esta Flor’ scents in Natura’s catalog. P.S. The ‘Esta Flor’ soaps from Natura are a delight to touch and smell. I’ve paired this perfume with Avon’s Rose & Shea Butter cream, since Avon is part of Natura & Co., and both the Avon moisturizer and Care rose water remind me of Esta Flor’s scent.

Very feminine, as if it absorbed the essence of the women who harvested these roses in Bulgaria; they say the best Damask rose crop is picked by female hands in their native fields, from where it came to Natura to be sublimated. On me, it’s fresh, powdery roses with sandalwood present almost all the time, and barely perceptible but constant bergamot and vanilla. I smell a whole, blooming rose bush bathed in morning dew, and also incense-drenched, vanilla-infused, ambered rosewood. I agree it smells like a fresh morning; it’s an elegant, well-balanced bouquet.
