It smells powdery to me, gives me nausea, and has a sharp edge to the nose. It reminds me of my grandmother’s scent.
I really hope the whole Esta Flor line returns; the concept of creating a monument for each flower fascinates me, and I own every one released in Mexico. I’ve seen divided opinions on the price, but I believe it’s an investment in art and worth it. Esta Flor Jazmín is a cheerful, subtle, and elegant ode to jasmine. It reminds me of Carolina Herrera’s classic but without being animalic—it’s a soft version! I appreciate that Natura focused on jasmine and its aromatherapy; those healthy, loving properties are key. Jasmine with orange blossom and bergamot… I don’t detect pear, and the violets are barely noticeable. Adorable!
I’m not exactly sure if it was the launch or the base, but it definitely lived up to its name—a bouquet of jasmine. It didn’t disgust me, but I also didn’t buy it again.
I absolutely love it! I still have this precious little perfume and keep it like it’s gold. I really hope it comes back, just like they did with ‘Flor de Laranjeira’ (which is also my favorite), or that they find a dupe. Natura, you’re killing it!
