Smells delicious and super feminine. Starts strong with bergamot and jasmine, but after 10 minutes it settles into fresh neroli. Perfect for spring with medium-to-high longevity and projection. For me, it doesn’t project as much as the Rose version, which is actually the shortest-lived of the three (Blue, Red, and Rose).
Beautiful presentation, luxury box, and a velvet bottle with gold accents, like a treasure. Long-lasting, over 12 hours, especially on clothes where it lasts two days. Moderate sillage in open spaces and stronger in enclosed areas. After two hours, it settles on the skin where it lasts more than 12 hours; with heat or sweat, it revives with pleasant bursts. Florals dominate, with neroli as the star. The opening is citrusy with bergamot, then blackcurrants. In the heart, white flowers and jasmine emerge before yielding to fresh, sweet neroli. In the dry down, neroli remains with a faint background of vanilla, patchouli, and cedar. On me, the neroli dominates; it’s rich but invasive, perhaps more balanced on others. It has a slight detergent note that I don’t like, though I don’t hate it either. Wish you’d try it first. Emaan is a dupe of the original My Way, with the same notes but adding subtle calendula, blackcurrants, and patchouli. The neroli is potent. On me, it’s problematic; it’s rich but makes a strong presence and smells like detergent. Wish you’d try it first. It’s versatile for any season, pleasant in heat, giving a sense of well-being and cleanliness with high florals. Sophisticated enough to look put-together, casual, or summery; I don’t think it’s for a closed gym. With a low cost (around $25), it’s highly recommended, but if you don’t like strong florals or neroli, test it first. I own Sakeena and Emaan, and I prefer this one. Haven’t tried Haya yet.
Luxury packaging! The box and the velvet bottle with gold details make it feel like a treasure. Longevity is incredible, over 12 hours, lasting up to two days on clothes. Sillage is moderate in open spaces but stronger indoors. After two hours, it settles on the skin where it still lasts another 12 hours; in heat or sweat, it revives with pleasant bursts. Floral dominates with neroli as the star: citrus opening with bergamot and blackcurrant, then white flowers and jasmine yielding to sweet neroli. In the dry down, neroli mixes with vanilla, patchouli, and cedar. On me, the neroli is overpowering; it might be more balanced on others. It’s a dupe for Armani’s My Way with extra notes like calendula and blackcurrant, but the neroli is much more potent. To me, it smells like laundry detergent, which I don’t like. Try it before buying. Versatile for any season, fresh and clean, ideal for looking polished without being excessive. I wouldn’t wear it to the gym due to the heat. At $25, it’s a steal, but if you can’t handle strong florals or neroli, test it first. I own Sakeena and Emaan and prefer this one, though I haven’t tried Haya yet.
Just arrived. Now that I’ve discovered Arabic perfumery, I don’t want to know anything about commercial houses anymore. It’s my third Lattafa fragrance and I’m thrilled (along with this one, I recommended another to a friend who says I’m crazy). The packaging looks expensive; the velvet on the bottle is lovely, and the design takes me back to Egypt. The scent, thanks to the reviews, is as expected: white flowers in the opening and dry down. Highly feminine, it smells like a mature, confident woman. I love that it evolves olfactorily. I love Lattafa. A blind buy that was a hit. It’s a 10/10.
If I had to say what it reminds me of, I’d say My Way, but a thousand times better; it has more personality. The oriental woody dry down gives it a plus… it’s beautiful.
It’s a quite pleasant aroma; I’d categorize it as very evening-oriented, but it leaves a subtle trail. A very good option because it’s versatile… very feminine.
Just like My Way, this doesn’t work on me, but it lasts for hours. It’s a white floral for spring-summer, fresh with a citrus touch, not creamy or heavy. For me, it’s daytime, perfect for work, non-invasive, and not something I’d wear at night.
Just like My Way; that one doesn’t work for me, but this lasts for hours. It’s a spring-summer white floral, fresh with a citrus hint, not creamy or heavy. For me, it’s a daytime scent, perfect for work, and not invasive.
This perfume taught me that reviews help, but your own nose is what decides. I can’t stand My Way because of its strong scent, so when I saw Emaan labeled as a dupe, I thought it would be a definite no. But smelling the cap made me like it; I tested a decant and loved it for its citrus touch that softens the white flowers. I’m still testing it to see the limit of sprays, but it’s elegant, feminine, not cloying, calming, and relaxing. I’m very happy and might just buy the bottle.
It opens citrusy and rich with body. I find it pleasant, though not my personal style. It’s elegant, suitable for formal occasions. Sillage is pronounced in the first hour, so be careful with the sprays.
It has a rich, full-bodied citrus opening. I find it pleasant, but it’s not my style. It’s elegant, suitable for formal occasions. It has a strong sillage for the first hour, so be careful with the number of sprays.
It smells very much like My Way; you can really taste that rich neroli. However, on my skin, it didn’t last as long. Given the price, it’s worth it if you can’t afford the original.
Just bought it and I absolutely love chypres, which is why I got it. It’s delicious. The white flowers are intense but not overwhelming, cloying, or heavy; they’re joyful, citrusy white blooms. I think it’s wearable for any season. I can’t comment on longevity yet since I just tested it.
Lattafa’s Emaan is an inspiring interpretation of Armani’s My Way, with about 90% similarity. It’s excellently crafted, even improved upon the original. This white floral fragrance stands out for its lovely neroli, featuring a citrus top and woody base that will appeal to a mass audience. Its performance is excellent: a wonderful option for anyone wanting something similar to Armani without spending a fortune, and it’s actually superior in some aspects. A hit from Lattafa with beautiful packaging and an unbeatable price.
I absolutely love it. I chose it because it’s a chypre, one of my favorite fragrance families. It didn’t fail me: I just tested it and it’s exquisite. It smells of potent white flowers without being overwhelming, without being aggressive or suffocating. They are fragrant, citrusy white flowers—delicious and melodic. I can’t talk about longevity or sillage yet because it’s brand new, but its olfactive profile seems suitable for all seasons and times of day. Very wearable. One of my best Arab fragrance purchases. Next up will be Shuhrah by Rasasi, also from the chypre family, which is hard to find among so many heavy gourmands.
I bought it for my wife almost a year ago; I tested it and she liked it, but this was before I knew the original My Way. Her sister left hers with her on a trip, which was a My Way, so now she has both, though the latter is from an older batch. At first, they smell the same, but after a while you can tell because the Emaan is slightly more synthetic, stronger, and has a tiny sweet, animalic edge, while the macerated My Way always leans more floral. The Emaan gives me more personality, suitable for dressed-up or semi-formal occasions and beyond, but I see the original My Way as more versatile and inoffensive.
Lattafa did it again 🫶🏻. Emaan is a wonderful dupe for ‘My Way’ with an excellent price and velvet packaging. It lasts 6 hours with moderate sillage. It feels more like the Intense flanker due to the patchouli and cedar, coming across as more nocturnal and potent than the original. Great for an elegant adult woman or a young woman with dark energy. Excellent for evening wear, but not for clubs or hunting; it’s more refined and sophisticated. I’d buy it a thousand times over.
I truly adore it. Perfumes usually don’t last on my skin, but people always tell me ‘that smells so good.’ It’s delicate, floral, and chypre; fresh enough for summer yet deep enough for winter. It was my big purchase, a real discovery. I think it’s better than My Way, though I prefer Emaan. I recommend it, though taste is subjective.
Lattafa did it again 🫶🏻 Emaan delivers a wonderful dupe of ‘My Way’ with an excellent price, mysterious velvet packaging, and top-notch quality. Longevity is around 6 hours with moderate sillage and a super good price. For me, it’s a dupe closer to the ‘My Way’ Intense flanker; with patchouli and cedar, it’s a more nocturnal and potent fragrance than the original. I imagine it on an elegant adult woman or a young woman with dark, attention-grabbing energy. Excellent fragrance for the night, though I wouldn’t recommend it for clubs or hunting; it feels more refined and sophisticated as a floral. I’d buy it a thousand times over.
I truly adore it. Usually, perfumes don’t last or leave a trail on me, but I’m so happy because everyone says ‘what a delicious perfume’ whenever I wear this, and that transports me because it hasn’t happened with expensive fragrances before. It’s delicate, floral, and chypre; I find it fresh for summer and deeper in winter. It was the great purchase, the discovery. For me, it does remind me of My Way, but I like the Emaan much more. I recommend it, but as they say, taste is subjective.
I found it unpleasant. The most noticeable thing is the smell of decomposing jasmine. I’d recommend testing it before buying.
I found it unpleasant. The main note I detect is decomposing jasmine. I’d recommend trying it before buying.
It reminds me a lot of My Way; personally, I don’t like it. I get tired of the Armani scent profile, just like this version. I ended up gifting the Emaan bottle. It has good longevity for the price.
I love it. I really smell the jasmine and blackcurrant; it has great longevity and isn’t overpowering.
I love it! I can definitely smell the jasmine and blackcurrant notes, it has good longevity, and it doesn’t overpower.
I tried it in-store and was glad I gave it a chance after spraying it: the first half-hour is extremely seductive and sophisticated (and the bottle is gorgeous). Unfortunately, over time it smells like dirty water with cheap lotion, very cheap and musty; the white floral fades away. Also, I’m boycotting the UAE due to the genocide in Sudan, so it’s a hard no. There are plenty of other jasmine and neroli options out there.
I tested it in-store and I’m glad I took a little walk after applying a drop; the first half-hour is super seductive with a sophisticated yet slightly putrid touch. The bottle is gorgeous too. Unfortunately, over time it smells like dirty water with cheap supermarket cream, very swampy and cheap; the white floral note fades away. Plus, I’m boycotting the UAE due to the genocide in Sudan, so it’s a hard no. There are plenty of other jasmine and neroli options out there.
The freshest and richest jasmine I’ve ever tried.
Floral, vanilla, and creamy—exquisite! I think it’s a great blind buy. I see it more on a mature woman over 40, but I’d wear it anyway because it smells amazing and isn’t heavy at all.
