  This summer version uses the same bottle as Elle L’Aime, but instead of the sunny gold, it’s white with a frost effect, as if frozen. While the others were warm and exotic, this eau de toilette is like a lemon granita that saves you from stifling heat. At 40 degrees, it’s super refreshing, and as the base notes emerge, it becomes sweeter without being cloying. Blending jasmine, ilang-ilang, sandalwood, amber, and myrrh, you can already hear echoes of the warmer versions. Longevity is about 2-3 hours with a light sillage, so you need to reapply, which is a bit inconvenient but still a refreshing pleasure. It’s an aroma for your own delight; I wouldn’t use it to seduce, and it won’t fill you with compliments, though I doubt anyone will dislike it. It’s fresh and wearable for those hot days when any summer outfit feels heavy and most perfumes feel suffocating.
