I’m not sure if it’s my nose, but I only detect a spicy musk like sandalwood. I don’t sense the milk or rice like in Piano Santal, which smells comforting. Here, the sandalwood is irritating on dry skin and on my skin. Only in the decant after a day does it start smelling creamy with steamed rice; on my skin, it never arrives. 6-hour longevity, average projection. Selling a 10 ml decant.
I’m disappointed with this and all BTSO fragrances: they smell the same, with a sweet, artificial base that doesn’t justify the price. I arrived ready to spend and left with an empty wallet and a broken heart.
One thing, but this smells like Sakai from Mercadona. At least Sakai has more character and punch; Dirty Rice is weak, bland, and barely noticeable.
