I tried it on a summer evening and it instantly reminded me of Versace Dylan Blue. However, this is much more citrusy and ideal for wearing with a t-shirt on a hot day. If you have both, Dylan Blue feels deeper and more formal. Either way, it’s a charming, summery scent. 8/10
Excellent price-to-quality ratio. The scent is a citrus-oceanic-woody style, with more strength in the opening due to the rich mandarin, followed by a citrusy wood. It has good longevity and projection. I found it very similar to Acqua di Gio Profondo, but costing three times less. Honestly, I recommend it. It’s timeless; anyone can wear it, from a 20-year-old to a 50-year-old.
A hidden gem. I bought it blind, trusting that I liked the DNA of Cool Water, and I was 100% right. It has similarities to Cool Water, but the dry-down of Aqua Man is so much better: sexier and more mysterious. Simply put, when I smell it, I think: this is better than Cool Water. Highly recommended.

It’s delicious; you can really taste that natural mandarin, and the black pepper with guaiac wood is a delight to the nose. It’s worth it, very delicious. As always, the downside is the longevity and projection. Scent: 8/10, excellent.

Main notes: green mandarin, black pepper, and guaiac wood. It’s a youthful, sharp, citrusy, and summery fragrance. The opening is hyper-citrusy, like smelling freshly squeezed fruit. Perfect for daily use, especially on days that aren’t too cold. It also works well on summer nights thanks to its slightly spicy base. Ratings: Scent: 9/10, Longevity: 9/10 (very good for a citrus), Sillage: 7.5/10, Versatility: 8, Price: 9. All in all, it’s worth it, featuring one of the best citrus openings I’ve ever smelled. It’s 90% similar to Light Blue Intense, but half the price and I’d even say it performs better. Very surprised by the scent and quality.

I was looking for a realistic and cheap citrus scent for summer. I saw good reviews of this Cool Water on YouTube and bought it blind. I already own another Davidoff I really like (The Game), so I didn’t hesitate. It’s a simple fragrance that delivers; I think that’s its virtue. They described it well: green tangerine with a leafy touch that transitions into clean woods. It does have a synthetic touch, but you forget about it when you think about how cheap it is. I need to test it more in the heat to see its performance, but I liked it, and luckily it doesn’t smell like the original Cool Water, which I hate.

Smells great; the tangerine note is well-executed and the woody base gives it body. Projection is low, lasting about 2-3 hours, with a total longevity of 5 hours. If the performance were just a bit better, it would be a safe buy.
