The opening is brutal, fresh, and super clean, with a deep base. It doesn’t last long and settles into white florals, orange, and muguet; you can detect the iris even if it’s not as prominent as the description suggests. It’s very well made, versatile, and no one will dislike it. It’s more floral than citrus, nothing like Eau du Coq or Impériale. It has that classic Guerlain essence stuck to the skin. Recommended.

On me, it smells like licorice and Juanola; it has class, energy, and liveliness. It dries down very softly, staying close to the skin with Guerlain’s signature, though it shares that addictive dry-down of Hermès’ Ambrée des Marveilles.
