  Liked it. It’s sweet, with noticeable pear, vanilla, and praline notes; I couldn’t identify the others. It’s not fresh, just sweet. I like it, though it’s not one of my favorites, but I do use it. The downside is that it doesn’t last long and has weak projection. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I’ll keep using it.

  A sweet perfume for adults. They’ve gotten us used to thinking sweet scents are for kids or just fruity, but this is different. Here, you get a sweetness paired with white flowers and patchouli that feels mature, trendy, feminine, striking, and seductive. What stands out most is a syrup-like sweetness, not honey if you’re looking for that. Subtle citrus notes at the start give way to a delicate pear, and although undeclared, I definitely sense the cherry from SBN—sweet like Lolita Lempicka but with a different style. Creamy white flowers, freesia, hidden neroli, and rose make a lovely ensemble that complements the sweetness. I don’t detect much vanilla or praline (that would imply almond); instead, I smell sandalwood and patchouli, which aren’t listed but are obvious. It’s not delicate; for me, that’s a con because I don’t like when it’s so prominent, though it helps with longevity and makes you feel older. I find it a bit artificial due to that non-honey sweetness; sometimes it gives off a very hidden plastic vibe. I’m not sure how similar it is to Scandal By Night since I haven’t smelled the original. I bought it because I wanted a honey note without spending a fortune like the JPG; I tried several Maison Alhambra perfumes and liked them. It’s a perfume I use and enjoy—it doesn’t give me headaches or cause rejection, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again because it didn’t blow my mind, and there are other sweets that do. It’s all about taste. Good things: uncommon longevity and price. By using common notes, it sometimes reminds me of others: the cherry to Lolita, the patchouli to La Vie est Belle, the pear to the JPG, but its great sweetness remains its own. I have dry skin and struggle with longevity; this lasts 6-8 hours on me, two days on clothes, and I feel its rich bursts when I’m sitting or moving—that’s what we want. I bought it for about $15 original with seals at a trusted store (normal price is $22), with nice packaging and a bottle. Add to that the fact that Scandal By Night is discontinued; for those missing it, this is an option to try and let us know how the imitation holds up. Recommended blind if you like sweet scents and these notes.

  To me, it smells strongly of peach, like a ripe melocotón. It is sweet, yes, perfect for autumn and winter. It lingers on clothes, but the longevity on skin isn’t the best.
