It’s an incense-like amber with quite a bit of talc; a very pleasant but subtle scent. Although the name made me expect something darker, it turns out to be creamy and soothing. Perfect for fall and winter—once it settles, you can really detect the wood, sandalwood, and that earthy vetiver note. This house isn’t talked about much in Mexico, but since it’s my first perfume from them, I think it’s good and made with quality ingredients. They come in two versions: gorgeous bottles at outrageous prices, and the regular ones, which are much more accessible.
