Audace by Rochas

Audace by Rochas smells very feminine and fits current trends. It’s modern, current, and pleasant from the very first moment. It’s versatile, easy to wear, and works in many settings without clashing. It’s not invasive, but you do notice it, with a nice and balanced trail. I see it as contemporary, comfortable, and confident—perfect for daily wear or work. Smelling good without trying. If you’re looking for something feminine, modern, and easy, this is a great choice.

Just smelled it in the store, and it reminds me of the CH bomb.

You can tell that raspberry note, but not much else. It’s a fragrance that leaves people indifferent. I personally love neroli, and while it’s present here, it doesn’t save the scent.

I saw the bottle in a tester and it caught my eye, but after spraying it, I was disappointed. The opening turned repulsive: a huge, nauseating smell of alcoholic syrup with so much pepper it becomes unbearable, plus a piercing, detestable sweetness that makes my stomach churn. Smelling this is like opening a bottle of Jagger; I can’t be more precise. I can’t say much about the heart and base, though I doubt they’d surprise me, since the opening notes were already a torture.

I really like it; the raspberry comes out beautifully, and then as it dries, it becomes woody with a sweet touch. When dry, it reminds me a lot of Commodity’s Milk—they’re in the same style. The openings, however, are nothing like it.

I think it’s a very nice scent and a well-crafted perfume. It’s definitely worth trying. In my case, it smells exactly like another one I own in my collection. What stands out is the immense longevity and a trail that radiates continuously. On my skin, it smells like creamy neroli, red berries, and tonka bean 💘

Having tried it on my skin just once, I’d say it’s the typical floral-fruit-gourmand with a woody base. Although it’s generic and similar to other designer scents, it’s very rich and pleasant to wear. As it dries, it vaguely reminds me of my beloved L’Interdit Rouge. Its performance impressed me, and it’s quite good. All in all, I think it’s at least worth a try.
