I own both, and honestly: for a fraction of the price, this is a miracle. I already had the original—even two bottles because it smells incredible and lasts forever—but they told me the Absolute is identical to Azzaro’s The Most Wanted, and they were spot on.
The Arom Absolute by Yanbal is something you’d wear every day without hesitation. It starts fresh with citrus, the spicy kick of cardamomo gives it some edge, and settles into a light, masculine woody base that never feels heavy, keeping a subtle sweetness throughout. It’s not overwhelming; perfect for the office, the street, or hanging out with friends. Always smells clean and modern. If you’re looking for something that works and makes you smell great without any fuss, this is a great choice.
This was my signature for 7 years, and even today, I still wear it over many scents that cost up to ten times as much. It’s a hidden gem: while it doesn’t have the complex evolution of an expensive bottle (worth $20-30), it clings to clothes and sheets for days, women love it, and at this price point, you can easily reapply. Perfect for cold nights but super versatile for daytime too. Imagine an Invictus that’s less sweet, more citrusy and darker. It’s a true hidden treasure.
At first, I thought it was very citrusy and the initial blast smelled strongly of alcohol (note: out of the box). I was surprised, though, because it smelled like Gel Ego at the start. Not bad—it’s exactly what I expected until I finished the bottle. After about three days of constant wear, that sharp citrus hit fades, revealing a more aromatic and moderately sweet side. The biggest downside is the first use: it feels synthetic and nothing special. But after three days, it transforms and feels completely different. The longevity is average, maybe two hours of projection, but by the fifth hour, people close to you know you’re wearing perfume. Despite being citrusy, when it dries down it feels heavy and ambered, but since the projection is moderate, it’s not annoying. Great for daytime, though in hot, closed spaces it might give you a headache due to its heavy vibe; outdoors, it’s perfect. In short, it smells like Gel Ego with a noticeable sweet touch. Not youthful, it projects seriousness. Ultimately, I liked it: a sweet, woody, and fresh scent that’s clean and makes people think you take pride in your appearance. For men.
I find this one very citrusy and fresh. The original feels elegant and citrusy with the star note, bergamot, which never fails. The Element version feels very fresh and aromatic with Peruvian notes. Also, they reformulated it with Kaffir lime.
Delicious. Choose this over the disgusting Arab dupes like Hawas or Hawas Ice. This is better in scent and cheaper.
The opening made me think it was terrible: just alcohol. I sprayed it on the back of my hand. Two minutes passed, and a faint citrus started to emerge, but the alcohol was still blasting. Then, starting at four minutes… Wow! What a delicious and masculine thing! I spent the next few minutes with my nose right on my hand. The longevity isn’t beastly and the projection isn’t huge, but the scent! Oh my god, just being able to smell it myself makes me happy. It’s a true beauty at a laughable price.
It’s a very good fragrance: I think it’s for night or for day only if it’s cold, a sweet blend with amber that gives it such a delicious aroma. It lasts a long time on skin and clothes, has great projection and sillage, and is super economical compared to niche or designer scents that smell just as good. For me, it’s a blind buy.
It’s a very pleasant perfume. Its projection isn’t as beastly as some reviews claim; it’s moderate, but the scent lasts quite a while. It’s a mix between Invictus and Bad Boy, a classic ‘conqueror’ boy scent, sweet and easy to understand. You can’t go wrong. Cheers.

I’ve been wearing it for 6 years and I absolutely love it.
Bought it and honestly, it smells 90% like Invictus, but with a cardamom note that adds maturity. It’s fresh and sweet at the same time, super versatile, and a surefire way to get compliments. At half the price, I get why some might not like it because it’s common, but I don’t notice that everywhere. I’d recommend it if you’re into the Invictus style.
What a gem! It’s a catalog fragrance that few discover out of fear it’s generic. At first, I thought it was Invictus, but the person wearing it corrected me and it impressed me. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had; I’ll keep it forever. It leans more towards YSL Y than Invictus; I’ve tried both and they say the same thing. They smell identical; only an expert would notice the difference. It competes with and beats many designer perfumes. An authentic gem!
Pfft, what a fantastic fragrance, a true gem that not everyone has discovered yet due to fear of catalog perfumes. The first time I smelled it, I thought it was Invictus, but the person wearing it corrected me and told me it was a catalog scent, which really impressed me. I bought it, and it’s still the best perfume I’ve ever owned; as long as it’s in production, it’s staying in my closet. The scent is similar to Invictus, but with wear, it feels closer to the YSL Y EDP. I own all three and have compared them, and the differences make it seem more like Y than Invictus. In fact, I’ve had others smell it, and they agree: they smell very similar. Without a doubt, a gem that competes with and beats many designer fragrances. Regarding the similarity, only an expert nose would notice the difference. A TRUE GEM!

Amber dominates with a cardamomo base; I don’t sense the citrus they mention, neither at the start nor at the end. It’s sweet. Even the dark blue bottle gives it away. It suggests nighttime moments, elegance, and good taste, but don’t forget it’s a catalog scent with that typical Yanbal alcoholic touch. In the end, it’s a decent option worth trying. Cheers.
I bought a full bottle and it’s one of the best catalog fragrances I’ve ever had. It’s versatile and a safe bet for compliments. It has an Invictus vibe, but it goes in a different direction: it’s more masculine, intense, and like an improved version of what Invictus wanted to be but couldn’t quite achieve. It’s a blind buy. Longevity and projection are high at an excellent price.
Awesome! I love it for the office. Fresh, strong, and intense notes with a mysterious woody undertone. It delivers: it’s extremely long-lasting, over 14 hours on my skin. The downside is that everyone has it, but it’s interesting for daily wear.
With this one from Arom, we have a less loud proposal than Invictus, a more wearable version. It doesn’t lean so much into the youthful side… I’d say it’s more formal without losing that resemblance to Invictus.
