I bought this perfume because I love Aqva by Bvlgari; the truth is it’s a difficult scent to replicate, but I tried it to test a fragrance at a better price. Upon trying it, it seemed very different to me; I can’t relate it to Aqva by Bvlgari or its Marine version. It’s a very pleasant citrus, smells clean, and has a marine note that gives it that particular and rich point. It starts with something alcoholic that fades very quickly. While I liked it quite a bit, the scent is wonderful, but it lacks good longevity, and that’s the only and big problem. Upon trying it, I really feel it disappears after a few minutes. I think it’s a very good aroma, but due to its longevity, I think it’s better for use at the gym, after a shower, or simply you’d have to reapply frequently throughout the day.

The best thing I can highlight is that it cost me under 20 euros. Its longevity and, above all, sillage are practically non-existent, even if you spray it more than ten times. The resemblance to the fragrance it aims to clone is more of a concept than a 1-to-1 replica. Although the citrus and marine opening is captivating (for as long as it lasts), it’s accompanied by a smell I can’t quite identify but turns out to be unpleasant and synthetic, creating a contrast between the cleanliness of its fresh notes and a dirty tone that becomes annoying, like those air fresheners used to mask bad odors. I bought it as a last-minute opportunity in an order with Lattafa alongside two other perfumes that did meet expectations. Obviously, I wouldn’t buy it again nor recommend it.

Just tried it on my skin and it has a marine-citrus vibe reminiscent of other perfumes, with that herbal petit grain note; lavender pairs well with mandarin and orange. Interestingly, it doesn’t smell strong—it’s noticeable but very balanced, giving an ethereal feel with fleeting bursts. The longevity and sillage are mild, but it’s perfect for the gym or places where you want to feel comfortable. The bottle is a mirror finish with a metal cap, great quality; the Fragrantica photo doesn’t do it justice (it’s hard to photograph). Since it’s affordable, you can’t go wrong spraying it liberally without fear of spending too much.

The only thing saving this gem is that I got it for under €20; but watch out, the longevity and sillage are nonexistent, even if you spray it ten times. The resemblance to the original is more of a concept than an exact dupe. The citrus and marine opening is captivating for those first few minutes, but then a synthetic, undefined scent kicks in that feels ugly, like a clash between clean and dirty, reminiscent of an air freshener meant to cover bad odors. I picked it up on sale in an order with Lattafa alongside two others that actually delivered, but I wouldn’t buy or recommend it again.

Delicious aroma, nothing to complain about. Citrus with a delicious but very light tangerine, and marine with a soft salty touch… that’s where it fails: everything is very subtle, the scent, the longevity, and the sillage. Practically, even if you bathe in it, you won’t smell anything unless you bring your skin right up to your nose. If you can’t handle strong scents, this is your one since it’s barely noticeable, almost nothing. That said, for the price, it doesn’t hurt to reapply every hour.

A truly marine, herbal, slightly citrusy, and spiced aroma. You need to apply several drops and reapply throughout an eight-hour day, but it’s not bad at all; it has class. It’s different from what’s used these days, in a good way, ideal for a well-groomed Sunday, with clean clothes and a spotless car, to go have dinner with a lady at a nice restaurant. It gives that positive vibe, and best of all, it’s reasonably priced.

Great perfume for the heat; I don’t know the Aqva by Bulgari, but I like how it smells, I can detect some smoky notes too. The problem is the performance; it lasts very little. And while it’s cheap in other normal places in the world, here in mine (Argentina) it’s not: $45 dollars (though here that’s the equivalent of 2-3 kg of beef at the supermarket).

I ended up gifting it because of the projection; it’s not a bad fragrance, but it’s not something I’d wear daily. If you like herbal scents, it’s for you.

Smells like Bvlgari Aqva but with less projection and sillage. For $15, it’s a deal; you can use it as much as you want. Heads up: test it on skin, not on paper. Use at least 10 sprays to get the full effect.

Don’t you get that it smells like Fahrenheit 90? To me, it gave off the vibe of a good old-school marine perfume with a classic touch. I recommend it, especially because it’s so cheap.
