The Fragrantica description isn’t entirely correct. According to the brand’s website, the top notes also include rose. Personally, it seems like an eau de toilette that lasts longer on my skin than many perfumes. It has a certain itchiness and acidity that isn’t citrusy, similar to a bar of soap. It smells clean. At first, the rose is noticeable, nothing cloying, more fresh. Wearing it, it feels like an expensive perfume, very balanced and elegant. Nothing cloying, although it has amber, it’s not very predominant. It reminds me of the Narciso Rodríguez For Her, the one in the pink bottle, but better for daily wear because the Narciso is too intrusive and made me dizzy. This blends well with my skin; I don’t perceive it much, but it leaves a trail. It has an incredible price for such a good fragrance.
Definitely smells like rose, an elegant rose. As the previous review says, the brand’s website lists it even though it’s not in the Fragrantica pyramid. It also has jasmine and a musk with woody tones. It smells very good for the price. My sister and I are comparing it to the Narciso Rodríguez EdT today; they are very similar and the Narciso almost fades before it does. The Narciso’s musk is more animalic when dry, reminding me of sweat, and I don’t like that. After trying them, I’m sure I’d buy this one over the Narciso before, not just because of the price but because I prefer it. Edit: After trying it more times… it really isn’t my style. Because of the musk. Ugh.
Hi! When I apply it, it smells wonderful, like cream and roses. Even though the website doesn’t say ‘rose,’ I’m sure it has it. To me, it’s a sweet cream with that mix of cream and roses; every time I smell it, I want to bite the bottle. After a while, the jasmine comes out, adding cheerfulness and stopping me from wanting to eat the perfume. After an hour, it’s no longer that sweet cream-and-rose scent, but rather a cheerful, luminous, very carefree white floral. I see it as usable all year round by any woman. Hours later, it turns slightly dark and liquorish, as if fresh flowers start exuding sticky nectar. Incredible value for money: for €10 you get 150ml and it’s already paid for itself. I’d like my partner to use it, but she doesn’t like it. I recommend it to any woman looking for an affordable everyday perfume that isn’t boring. I don’t know much about perfumes, but I can’t detect the rose I thought I’d identify. I live surrounded by orange trees and I don’t even smell the bergamot. After that initial ‘punch’ of Narciso, within minutes only powerful jasmine and strong soap remain. At first, it gets a bit rough, like the Narciso and Bloom that I love if I ignore that initial synthetic hit. It’s a pity it drops to skin-level so quickly because the best part comes later.
I smelled it today by accident and it reminds me a lot of Narciso For Her. It’s not my favorite perfume, but it’s a soft and unpretentious scent.
It smells exactly like the Narciso Rodríguez For Her I have in a decant. Why spend on designer when both are white florals, talc-like, woody, and musky with the same balance of rose and patchouli? Plus, Instituto Español is a national brand and cruelty-free. I don’t care about international brands when the best stuff is right here at home. Seville has a special scent and color. 10/10.
What a crazy value for money! It’s unbelievable that a perfume this good as this one or Primavera is available at any supermarket for under €10.
