  • A delicious gourmand and one of my favorites, better than the original Pink Sugar (in my opinion). It’s extremely cheap and too good to be true. I’m surprised by Al-Rehab’s oils; this is my number one, followed by Choco Musk. Upon application, you get an explosion of citrus, fresh, and very sweet, with a touch of licorice. Once it settles on the skin, it becomes a lovely scent, slightly powdery, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and marshmallow. YUM!

  • Smells exactly like Bimbo’s Pink Panther pastries, what a delight! It’s a sweet gourmand but with a fresh citrus twist that balances the sugar. At first, it smells like lots of fruit, caramel, and vanilla; then it settles into a soft, creamy, slightly musky base. Exquisite and edible. Out of all the Al Rehab scents I’ve tried, this is the only one with a clean, clear opening from the start. Lasts over 8 hours with a moderate sillage. Perfect for fresh days, day or night. It’s unisex, though I find it leans a bit feminine. Ideal for gourmand lovers who want the most edible version.

Today I tried Soft for the first time; it has an opening like lemon glaze. It’s a freshly baked lemon cake covered in glass. It’s delicious and very potent; the oil texture doesn’t leave a greasy feeling and the trail is immense. In the dry-down, you can notice a few floral notes, but to me it smells like lemon, glaze, cotton candy, and vanilla. Someone at work commented that I smell like cake hehe. I agree with cnidaria, it’s very similar to Pink Sugar but definitively Soft is better and much cheaper. Without a doubt, I’ll try more from this line.

  • Review of the 6ml roll-on oil: delicious. Very similar to Aquolina’s Pink Sugar, but the scent is much better balanced in this oil, blending the citrus with the sugary notes like a little cake. Here it doesn’t smell like burnt sugar, which is annoying in the original, so I think more people will like it. What else to say… I’m obsessed. Scent 9/10, longevity 9/10, sillage 8/10, quality/price 10/10, versatility 5/10, packaging 2/10. Would I buy again? Yes.

  • 6ml roll-on review: Delicious! It’s very similar to Aquolina’s Pink Sugar, but the scent is much better blended here, like a real pastry. Unlike the original, it doesn’t smell like burnt sugar, which I think makes it more wearable. What else to say… I’m blown away. Scent 9/10, longevity 9/10, sillage 8/10, value for money 10/10, versatility 5/10, and packaging 2/10. Would I buy it again? Yes!

  • I felt like I was smelling Pink Sugar but without that weird smell that made me dizzy. It’s powerful cotton candy that just keeps complimenting you. In my case, it’s one of the perfumes that men have complimented me the most. So rich, so rich, so rich, but this is for those who like sweets. I recommend it 100%.

  • Yes, it smells like Pink Sugar immediately, but after several tests, I noticed Soft leans more citrusy and avoids that burnt cloud scent that I love so much in the original. I use the oil as a base and spray it on top, sometimes mixed, and the result is phenomenal and lasts quite a bit; although on my skin, perfumes don’t last at all 😭😭😭. The good thing is I can use different fragrances on the same day, morning and night, without the risk of them mixing 😅😅😅🤣

  • Yes, it reminds you of Pink Sugar if you know it; it’s very similar, but after trying it a few times you realize Soft leans more towards citrus and doesn’t smell like burnt sugar like the original does, which I also love. I have the oil that smells phenomenal, I use it as a base and also spray it on top; sometimes I mix it with Pink Sugar and it’s brutal, lasting quite a while. Although I’m not objective about time because, unfortunately, perfumes don’t last on me at all 😭😭😭. The good thing is I can wear different fragrances on the same day, morning and evening, without the risk of them mixing up 😅😅😅🤣

  • Soft is my absolute favorite Al Rehab oil. Upon opening it, the lemon isn’t realistic; it’s more like that lemon scent from restaurant napkins used to wipe off seafood smells, with a soapy, clean touch. The best part is its dry-down: the lemon fades to leave a sweet dessert vibe, like a fluffy cake with intense, sparkling glaze. It remains the star but in a relaxed way, blending into a gourmand essence with caramel and vanilla. I love rubbing my wrists because, being an attar, it doesn’t lose potency, just gets to the dry-down faster. As others say, it smells very much like Pink Sugar by Aquolina at the end when it sweetens up, but here the citrus is the absolute king, whereas in Pink Sugar it’s imperceptible. The trail is huge and the longevity is incredible; my friend told me that a week later his jacket still smelled like me and that summer scent. It’s more feminine, informal, cheerful, and heartwarming for any season, with an amazing quality-to-price ratio. I recommend trying the roll-on version, it’s cheaper and lasts longer. Highly recommend the brand.

  • Soft, soft, soft, I don’t know how I let you sit in the lost and found box for so many years. Choco Musk overshadowed you, but today when I found you again, you’ve driven me crazy. While your scent is similar to Pink Sugar, I find you more addictive and pleasant, not that grating burnt sugar that gives me a headache, but rather that quality cotton candy smell, fairground style, balanced with a slight citrus hint that only appears to balance things out and becomes more noticeable as it develops and fades, because what really stands out in this little oil bottle is the sweetness, the gourmet, the cotton candy in all caps and very beautiful, at least on my skin. I spent the whole morning shopping and it was wonderful when that scent took over my surroundings; sometimes I struggle to smell the perfumes I’m wearing, but with this one, it wasn’t the case. After 5 hours, it was still just as powerful and delicious. My must-have for cold weather when I enjoy some time for myself. I recommend it if you liked Pink Sugar but it made you dizzy. Or to keep both and carry this in your bag to touch up on long days; now that I think about it, it would be a perfect oil to mix with other perfumes containing this scent, like Angel, to sharpen that special note. I already know what my next experiment will be!

  • I have the spray version. As they say, it does remind me of Pink Sugar, and since I don’t like that one, I don’t like this one either. After spending 20€ on 35ml (very expensive) and realizing it’s 90-95% identical to another one I already own that I also dislike, the disappointment is huge. If you like Pink Sugar, you’ll love this; if not, choose Soft because the burnt scent develops less, but in terms of quality-price-quantity, Pink Sugar wins a thousand times over (15€ for 100ml vs. 20€ for 35ml). If you already have one of the two, don’t buy the other. I love Choco Musk (roll-on and spray) more, and this was another disappointment. These are three in a row where I couldn’t smell it in-store and had to buy blind based only on reviews, because every nose and skin is a different world.

  • I have the spray version. As my fellow perfumistas say, yes, it definitely reminds me of ‘Pink Sugar’ at first, and since I don’t like Pink Sugar… I don’t like this one either. After spending 20€ on a 35ml perfume (very expensive) and realizing it’s 90-95% similar to a perfume I already own that I also don’t like, imagine my disappointment… If you like ‘Pink Sugar’, you’ll 100% like this because they are super similar. If I didn’t have either and had to choose based on scent alone, I’d pick ‘Soft’ because the burnt smell develops less; but generally, considering similarity, quality, price, and quantity, Pink Sugar is a thousand times better (around 15€ for 100ml, while Soft is 20€ for 35ml). Still, if you already own one of the two, I wouldn’t buy the other. The one I absolutely love is ‘Choco Musk’ (both roll-on and spray), and this has been a disappointment… I’ve had three consecutive perfume disappointments 🙁 (all because I couldn’t test the scent in-store and bought blind based solely on others’ reviews, because every nose, taste, and skin/pH is a different world).

  • Without a doubt, the moment I put it on, Pink Sugar came to mind, but without that characteristic burnt sugar or rancid vanilla smell; this one smells more citrusy, caramel, vanilla, and slightly plasticky. Its trail is powerful and lasts 5 hours on me. If I had to choose between Pink Sugar and Soft, I’d stick with Pink Sugar for obvious reasons like price and volume.

  • Ugh! What a delight!! It’s Pink Sugar, just as Lynh said, a bit more citrusy without that burnt smell (which I don’t mind in PS) and a tiny bit of plastic note, like doll hair or a baby doll head mmmmm💕💕💕 I use it to make my PS last a bit longer.

  • FernaFlow

Bought SOFT after reading a review saying it smelled very similar to Zara’s Sweet Pastry in Paris. Since that perfume is discontinued and sells for a fortune online, I decided to take a chance. Well… Mmmm noooo, it doesn’t resemble it at all 🙁 It’s more like Pink Sugar or even Animal Pink. I don’t find it gourmand; on my skin, it starts citrusy and dries down to woody notes. It smells nice, just not like I expected, not a dupe for Sweet Pastry in Paris 🙁

  • I bought it because reviews said it smelled like lemon pie, and I understand why it gives that vibe, but honestly, it smells more like super powdery citrus to me (you have to like powdery aromas to enjoy Soft, to be honest). Its woody base helps make the fixation intense; it has super good longevity and dries down to a slightly burnt caramel that reminds me of Pink Sugar without that somewhat synthetic smell. I definitely prefer Soft over the latter. The price is super affordable, which makes it have excellent value for money.

  • Hello! Well, let me tell you about this beautiful fragrance. I have both versions (Pink and Soft) and yes, it’s very similar to Pink Sugar, but with a slight citrus touch (very slight, as mentioned in my review below). I prefer Soft, and as every nose is different, since I own Sweet Pastry by Zara, they’re in the same style, not identical because Sweet has more lemon, but still, it’s like walking through life smelling a delicious little pastry. And it has great longevity on my skin. Cheers.

  • Hi, I have the oil version and it reminds me a lot of Pink Sugar. When I use the oil together with Pink, the longevity is fantastic. I loved it!

  • Conchinavajas

I have the roll-on oil version and, like many, I absolutely love it 🙂 although I admit it can sometimes get a bit cloying… but most of the time, I enjoy it so much! It’s a sweet scent reminiscent of plastic dolls and cotton candy. The longevity is out of this world, the trail is long-lasting and well-marked, so you can’t go unnoticed 😅 You just need to wear it with attitude and enthusiasm, that’s for sure! But I repeat, I absolutely love it!

  • Aurorakmz

My first Al Rehab perfume, bought blindly based on reviews and it did not disappoint at all. It smells like a lemon tart with a woody touch; it’s sweet and citrusy, with notes of caramel and musk. It’s a delight, and the longevity is phenomenal—Al Rehab oils always last forever. It’s very similar to Pink Sugar, but Soft is more citrusy, refined, and in my opinion, better.

  • The only thing about the bad reviews is that they had a bad batch; there’s no other explanation because this is a MIRACLE for sweet perfume lovers. A bit acidic, slightly soapy, then delicious caramel with vanilla. It lasts about 6 hours on skin, but if you wear it on clothes, it projects forever. It feels like an improved version of Jessica Simpson’s Fancy, which can be headache-inducing and tiring; this isn’t. It’s a delight all the time, alone or layered. I usually put a little BBW Poppy underneath sometimes, and it becomes a beast mode. Simply go for it.

  • Spectacular. I love it; it’s subtle, with that citrus aroma at the start and the caramel that hugs you. I don’t feel it lasts long on my skin, but I have the oil and I layer it with Lira. Amoooo.

  • I have it and it’s delicious, a perfect mix of sweet and citrus, though I think it could use a bit more acid because this one fades quickly. It smells like a soft, powdered lemon cupcake, nothing burnt. Moderate longevity on my skin; it lasts, but after 6 hours I’m the only one who can smell it. It lacks projection; I just get to work and want people to smell me from a distance, but that’s not the case. I’m not sure if others experience this or if I need to layer it with oil. Overall, 8/10.

  • Probadoaprobado

A sweet citrus that lasts forever and projects well. It reminds me of a lemon pie with meringue (lemon meringue pie); it doesn’t smell anything like Pink Sugar (that one gives me a headache). I like it more than Devotion for longevity, projection, and price. More reviews on IG, TikTok, and YouTube @probadoaprobado.

  • Soft is a low-cost jewel. It opens with a burst of lemon in a Cairo bazaar: candied lemon with extra-sweet vanilla, maybe a hint of lime. At first, it feels like it’s more than 50cm away. Immediately, it smells like toffee caramel with a whipped cream base; every note is distinct, not a muddled mess. Then cardamom and jasmine appear, blending with orange. By the hour, it’s a bakery aura at 30cm. It wraps you in a soft, powdered lemon pie; upon spraying, the sharp citrus lingers over sandalwood. It’s purely feminine, delicate but with crafted nuances. A beauty for the senses.

  • If you like Pink Sugar, buy this blindly: it’s not a clone but it follows that line; imagine a Pink Sugar reduced with sweet yellow candied lemon. The scent is so rich you can imagine the taste. It’s a sensory experience. Super cheap, super long-lasting, the sillage isn’t wide but you notice it when you get close. If you’re a gourmand, don’t miss out; if you’re not, you won’t lose more than $9. It hits the three Bs (Good, Beautiful, Cheap). Use it in cold weather.

  • A real gem at a low cost. It starts with a burst of lemon in a Cairo bazaar: candied lemon with super sweet vanilla, maybe a hint of lime in that effervescent opening. From a distance, it smells more than 50cm away. Immediately, I detect toffee-like caramel with a creamy whipped cream base; every note is clearly distinct. It’s not a muddled mess; everything unfolds step-by-step and blends into a beautiful harmony. Then cardamom and jasmine appear—lots of jasmine that melts with some orange. By hour one, it smells 30cm away like a soft, powdery lemon pie aura. When I get close to the atomization zone, the sharp, delicious citrus note returns, anchored on sandalwood. I think it’s purely feminine and delicate like its name, but with very well-worked nuances. A true beauty for the senses.

  • So rich and enjoyable 🥰 and for a laughable price. It has a Pink Sugar vibe, but I prefer it much more; it’s just better for my taste. Highly recommended, it has me hooked 😍💖.

  • I have the roll-on version and it’s incredible. I’ve already finished a spray bottle. It starts with a sharp, almost stinging lemon wrapped in vanilla. Over time, it settles into a realistic lemon pie scent: cookies, cream, and meringue. A must-have for gourmand lovers at an absurdly low price.

  • Smells almost exactly like Aquolina’s Pink Sugar; if you ignore the lemon in the first few minutes, it’s the same thing. I like it, but I didn’t expect such a strong similarity, especially since the original is cheaper. If you already own Pink Sugar, don’t buy this.

  • It’s like Pink Sugar with a huge dose of lemon. I absolutely love it and the longevity is insane; I didn’t expect that for the price.
