Radiance smells super sweet, like cherries and jasmine. One drop is enough because the projection is strong, though it depends on the skin. The price is very accessible. It doesn’t smell like plastic dolls to me, although I understand that the sweetness (fruit + amber + florals) can overwhelm some people. I prefer fresh and citrusy scents. I think a teenager can wear it and look great, but don’t let age limit you. If you’re playful and love sweets, you’ll love it. Nothing to lose by trying it.

  • I agree with Annabel Lee… I tried it on a friend years ago and absolutely loved it. The problem is, I’ve searched every perfume store in my area and can’t find it. Could anyone tell me where to get it?

At first, it smells great, sweet, fruity, and floral, but it has a base note that tastes like anise or menthol, which I didn’t like.

  • I’m obsessed with its scent; it draws stares as soon as I walk by; it’s definitely my perfect weapon to conquer.

The scent reminds me of my Barbie doll perfume from the 80s, maybe that’s why I find it so cute. Clean notes with a cherry bubblegum touch, a very fun spring perfume. I imagine a girl shopping downtown or going out with friends to a trendy club, great for evening and night.

  • Super delicious! Lasted 6 hours on my skin; the first 30 minutes had good projection, then it felt lighter for the remaining 5.5. Edit: a proven trick is to spray it on a white shirt; the longevity is incredible, already 4 hours… it smells close and strong, and the best part is it doesn’t stain. Edit again: it lasted until the next day with great fixation; it’s been 2 days and it still smells on the shirt where I applied it.

  • I trusted the baby blue bottle and thought it would be a childish candy, but nothing like that. It starts with sweet red berries and then dives into jasmine and neroli like crazy, closing with amber, wood, and a powdery musk and fruit touch. It doesn’t smell sweet or fruity; it’s a woody floral. It’s the most mature fragrance from Britney, fresh and not very sweet, perfect for spring and summer. The trail is moderate, about 4 or 5 hours. It’s not formal, but it’s more serious than it looks; it works just as well during the day as at night for going out. The bottle isn’t hard plastic like in the photo; it’s a heavy, frosted, multicolored glass that imitates jewelry and weighs a ton. Very beautiful, original, and it will stay on my shelf when I finish it.

  • I was scared by the baby blue pink bottle and thought it would be childish, but it has nothing to do with that. It starts with red berries, then explodes with jasmine and neroli, finishing with amber, wood, and a powdery touch of musk and berry. It’s not sweet or fruity; it’s a mature woody floral, the most grown-up Britney yet. Fresh, ideal for spring and summer. Moderate sillage, lasting 4-5 hours. It’s not formal, but more serious than it looks; works for day and night, perfect for hanging out with friends. The bottle isn’t hard plastic like in the photos; it’s a frosted colored glass that mimics rhinestones and feels substantial. Very beautiful, original, and it’ll stay on my shelf even after I finish it.

It’s my sister’s obsession: sweet, floral, and fruity, rich without being cloying, it suits her perfectly. It’s not my style, but it smells deadly.

  • Undoubtedly, the red berries are its opening note; the smell of red fruit is clearly distinguishable. Its base notes are flowers and have a very light touch of sweetness. It becomes a fresh and cozy perfume for everyday wear. Many say it’s very sweet, but it depends on skin pH; on me, it smells more floral-fruity than sweet. I associate it with girls aged 15 to 25; it’s very youthful, but good and fresh. I wear it after a shower to smell rich but soft. Sillage 6/10, Longevity 6/10, Perfume itself 7.1/10.

  • Very rich, very sweet, cheerful, and fruity. I bought it without thinking because it was on discount at the perfumery. I tried it and yes, of course… I couldn’t miss the chance to add it to my collection, as I didn’t have any Britney Spears and the truth is, I really liked the swatch on paper and on skin. I recommend this perfume from adolescence to 30… it’s very aromatic, has good sillage, and acceptable longevity. Plus, it’s economical compared to other imports or from the same brand. I tried another one, but this one is sweet, one of mine.

Something weird happened with this fragrance: the first time I smelled it, I didn’t like it, but when it started to develop on my skin, I loved it. It’s a delicate, sweet, and floral scent, perfect for spring. I’m so glad I bought it; it’s exquisite for a date. I recommend it.

Radiance surprised me from the very first moment. The packaging is charming and lives up to the name; at first, the bottle seemed a bit cluttered, but it fits perfectly. It smells fresh and sweet, though it smells strongly of alcohol at first. The launch of this line was a great surprise, as Britney focused on Fantasy spin-offs. I recommend this youthful, fresh, and fun scent. Enjoy it!

The Britney and Elizabeth Arden collaboration on Radiance aimed to create a ‘pillar’ of classic white florals and red berries for a new segment, but it had a fate similar to Believe: moderate success and regular acceptance, though it allowed for a flanker to be developed. They moved away from the abstract to focus on star shine. It’s related to Valentino’s Valentina but much cheaper, taking a risk with mutant neroli and wild berries. It opens with a burst of red berries that fades quickly, giving way to creamy, quasi-fruity mutant neroli. Then it blends with fresh orange blossom (not like Clinique’s Happy), soft jasmine (like Cacharel’s LouLou), and an almost imperceptible touch of iris. Finally, the neroli recedes to make room for a resinous amber and warm cashmere wood. I see it more as a woody floral than fruity. It explodes the neroli abruptly; if you want that potent note, try it. It’s interesting: a white floral without innocence that avoids the ‘clean laundry’ smell, but with a chaotic structure. It’s not as sweet or ‘young’ as others say, nor as ‘mature’. It has a bearable humor and is versatile. Sillage and longevity are decent: it lingers for about 5 hours and then fades gradually. It won’t be ‘the last Coke in the desert’, but I really like it.

The idea behind Britney Spears’ Radiance was to create a classic pillar of white florals and candied berries to attract a new audience while staying consistent with her brand. The result was a mixed success, similar to Believe, which also didn’t achieve massive popularity, though Radiance was successful enough to warrant a flanker. The brand moved away from magical worlds toward starry brightness. It’s related to Valentina but cheaper, taking a risk with mutant neroli and berries. It starts with an explosion of red berries that fade quickly. Then mutant neroli takes over: sweet, creamy, almost fruity, with that typical ‘buttery’ touch. It absorbs everything, but as it dries down, fresh neroli blends with soft jasmine (like LouLou) and a barely perceptible hint of iris. Finally, it leaves a resinous amber and warm cashmere wood. I see it more as a woody floral than a fruity one. It explodes the neroli abruptly; if you like it, give it a try. It’s interesting: a white floral without innocence that avoids the ‘clean’ smell. Its risk is the chaotic structure; if you want something stable, try Cosmic Radiance. It’s not as sweet as others say, nor as ‘young’. It has a bearable humor and great versatility. The longevity is good, about 5 hours before fading gently. It won’t be the last Coke in the desert, but I absolutely love it.

  • Natalylopez

The bottle is very attractive with those colorful jewels in the glass. It smells floral with a strong neroli note and another fruity, sweet, and acidic one, like red currants. It lasts quite a while.

  • VainillaDulce

Radiance surprises me because it breaks Britney’s usual mold, but I love it; it’s more mature, with presence and elegance. It boils down to slightly acidic red berries blending with a neroli and very prominent orange blossom flowers over soft wood and amber, but what stands out are the white flowers and red berries without sweet touches; the neroli rules. It’s a pretty and feminine fragrance without big pretensions, ideal for everyday use, with moderate trail and longevity. I give Radiance an 8/10 for the twist Britney gave her line.

  • VainillaDulce

Radiance surprised me because it breaks the Britney Spears mold; it’s more mature, with presence and elegance. It features acidic red berries blending with a striking neroli and orange blossom over soft wood and amber. What stands out are the white florals and berries; I don’t sense sweetness—the neroli fills it all. It’s pretty, feminine, and unpretentious, perfect for everyday wear. Sillage and longevity are moderate. I give it 8/10 for the twist it brought to her line.

  • Something weird happens with this scent: I love it and hate it. The jasmine and red berries are off-putting at first, but over time, it develops a more pleasant aroma with the other florals. The bottle is beautiful and the price is right. If I buy it again, I’ll get the miniature version to use occasionally.

  • The bottle looks nice, but the perfume is weak and lacks personality. It doesn’t smell bad, but it just doesn’t stand out at all.

  • I tried this years ago and never forgot it—it was so delicious! I always put it off because it was hard to find; it doesn’t last long, but I dream of owning it. I just discovered it smells similar to Fergie’s Outspoken, which is no longer in production.

  • It was a blind buy; I’d never seen it in stores, and years later I still haven’t found it elsewhere. It doesn’t smell bad—in fact, it smells good—but it reminds me of the colognes my sister and I used when we were around 10 years old, like those Barbie brands. So it feels very childish to me, not even youthful, and I struggle to wear it. The bottle is very pretty, but I would have preferred a more mature scent.

  • I really like it. You can smell the white flowers and the sweetness of the red berries. It doesn’t cloy at all, so it’s great for daily use. Plus, the bottle is beautiful.

  • The most delicious perfume I’ve ever tried. On my skin, it transforms into an aroma that makes me feel like I’m in a dream. It’s a shame it’s discontinued; I still have the last bit left.

  • ParfumAddict

I smelled it years ago in college and loved it, but I couldn’t afford it. Its divine bottle always caught my eye, and seeing it on discount because it was discontinued, I didn’t hesitate to buy it. It’s a sweet scent that doesn’t cloy when you first apply it; the red berries are very noticeable and delicious. However, in its dry-down… I’m not sure, it’s not great. I don’t dislike it, but I wouldn’t buy it again. The longevity on clothes is good all day.

  • I love them. There are budget fragrances that make a bigger impact than those from big brands. The Britney Spears collection is pure gold, although many are no longer sold because they’re discontinued. I’d love to buy both Radiance perfumes; they smell floral and I adore that, even though I’m not a fan of floral scents. Out of all brands, Britney is the only one that knows how to play well with the floral and fruity touch. 10/10

  • I love it. I think there are affordable perfumes that leave a bigger mark than some from big-name brands. Britney Spears has a collection that is truly a gem. It’s a shame so many are discontinued. I’d love to buy the two from Radiance; they have a floral scent I adore, even though I’m not usually a big fan of florals. Out of all brands, only Britney knows how to play with floral and fruity notes well. 10/10.

  • I bought it secondhand and I’m not sure if it was already opened, but it smelled quite unpleasant. That said, the bottle is beautiful.

  • I picked it up secondhand and I don’t know if it was already opened a while ago, but it smells pretty bad. The bottle is beautiful, though.

  • It’s hard to find, but if you get the chance, I highly recommend it—what a fantastic fragrance. It feels youthful, sweet, and perfect for daytime, radiant. You can tell it’s red berries bathed in flowers. The packaging and bottle are gorgeous.

  • Mitafragance

I just received it; I found it brand new at a perfumery even though it’s discontinued, and I didn’t hesitate for a second, not because of the bottle but because it smells absolutely delicious.

  • This smells like my daily perfume. I’ve used it for years and kept it when it was discontinued. I love it from the first sniff—it smells like a new Barbie doll, like opening a doll for the first time and smelling her hair. Others might not like it, but it fascinates me.

  • It’s a shame they don’t sell it anymore. It smells like a juicy, sweet fruit punch with prominent red berries, finishing with a trail of musk, jasmine, and a powdery iris note; a harmonious, youthful, and great blend.
