So rich and full-bodied. If they’d boosted the concentration just a bit, it would be an absolute bombshell, but that’s the typical issue with these houses: they don’t want to spend more and dilute the fragrance heavily. Still, the scent is warm and well-rounded. The notes are sweet and very pleasant; more than fruity, I detect amber, sandalwood, and some spices. The musk is very soft, and the peony, which smells a lot like rose, pops up occasionally. Great value for the price; if you like warm perfumes that caress your skin with their aroma, this is it.
What I notice most is the amber and sandalwood—a slightly strong scent at first that fades over time and leaves a lasting mark. As the hours pass, the fragrance becomes much more sophisticated.
I love its scent; it’s so rich and lasts all day long.
One of my favorite perfumes in the entire collection. It’s a very warm aroma with lots of amber and almond. Personally, it reminds me a lot of Hypnotic Poison, and its longevity is excellent.
