A Mi Aire by Loewe

My Aire is fresh, clean, and ethereal… very rich. But as its name suggests, on the skin it becomes ‘air’. If it lasts an hour, that’s already a lot. I’ve asked others and they don’t notice it. It’s a shame because it smells great—perfect for heat or when you want to feel relaxed and clean.

God-tier scent! It’s like a cool breeze on a stifling hot day. Citrus and cedar. Decent performance, buy with your eyes closed. Highly recommended.

I like it. While browsing proposals, I focused on Loewe. A couple caught my attention, but I decided to try this on skin; not only does it have a good opening in the bottle, on skin it’s quite faithful. It’s a citrus with flowers but also woody, very balanced. It has a spark, it’s interesting, not that common or seen, I want to keep smelling it, very pretty. It’s youthful but not immature or artificial, quite versatile, in my eyes unisex, it has a lot of life and quality. It’s linear because it doesn’t evolve much, it’s what it is, and it presents good trail and longevity (5-8 hours). Scent 10/10, Trail 8/10, Longevity 9/10.

It feels tender, delicate, and relaxing, probably thanks to the tea note. It inspires peace and cleanliness. It could easily be a baby perfume. It reminds me of that peculiar scent of brand-new cotton clothes, like unworn laundry. Maybe that’s just my thing. In my opinion, no single note stands out, perhaps just a hint of citrus or tea. For me, it’s a bedtime scent; I feel like I’m wrapped in cotton.

A mi Aire is one of the most original and peculiar perfumes I’ve ever had. Its scent is unique, fresh yet elegant, versatile and vibrant; it feels alive, almost like you can feel it pulsing. In the top notes, it smells like sweet citrus with cloves, and in two minutes, you notice the tea and flowers, where clove and jasmine stand out. In the base, there’s a green note I can’t quite decipher and fantastic woods that on my skin become the main event. What a wonder, I’ve finished two bottles and I love it. It looks good at any time, it’s not overused, very chic, and its trail and longevity are extraordinary. A mi Aire is a 10.

MEDITERRANEAN: I wanted this fragrance for a long time, I knew it from others, and it evoked familiar scents and a chic formality without losing its youthful aura. When I finally got it and wore it in warm weather, I perceived almost exclusively very evident moss notes, which at times felt serious and masculine. I didn’t remember it until, after days without smelling it and in moderate weather, I fully perceived the femininity I remembered, within that guaranteed freshness of the citrus. For me, it’s a youthful profile, more herbal than citrus; although there is a citrus tone, it feels softened, powdery, and slightly woody. That ending allows wearing it in semi-formal occasions, as it might not seem “deep” enough at first. In exchange, it’s irresistibly tender. The predominant herbal notes aren’t wild; they recreate the dry, hot aroma of my house at the end of summer/autumn: sun on pines, first pinecones, vegetation burning, wood and dry earth, with a slight sea salt. Or also a maritime storm day: wet earth, salt, and plant particles with the wind, all with a sparkling citrus-sweet base and soapy. Compared to the original Eau de Rochas, this seems more soapy, while A mi Aire has a fruitier and more intense opening. I wear it with pride as a Mediterranean daughter, towards its flora and fauna. Anything that recreates it for me will be special. USE: Sophisticated in summer, “nothing much” in winter. Its moment is the in-between seasons, autumn-spring. Suitable for formal or semi-formal occasions, daytime, daily use, work, and long days. I think it’s unisex and not for going out partying or awakening instincts. I believe a woman dresses up to please herself and feel comfortable.

Reminds me of the classic Eau de Rochas, but a super youthful and modern take. I was looking for something fresh and versatile for summer; I almost went with the original, but it no longer convinces me since I smell it on women in their 50s, and while it’s fresh, it feels a bit dated. With Oliver Cresp’s nose, you can tell the citrus work is top-notch (just like my Light Blue). A mi Aire is fantastic—ideal for young people, fresh yet with good longevity, a fine and elegant scent for any occasion. It’s a total all-rounder.

When I wear it, my dad always says, “you smell so fine,” and that phrase defines it all. It’s a clean, fresh, and elegant perfume. At first, I notice the citrus and tea a lot, then it transitions into fantastic jasmine and orange. It has good longevity on my skin. Perfect for any age and time of year.

Simply beautiful. It’s fresh, vital, has great longevity, and is perfect for hot days. If you like citrus with floral sparkles, you can’t stop trying it. Loewe really shined with this creation.
