Boadicea, words of greater magnitude… I’ve tried three perfumes from this house and I’ve realized something they do better than most: despite having a ton of notes, they achieve a perfect equilibrium down to the millimeter, a true virtue! It’s completely unisex, even if it doesn’t look like it at first, and the dry-down on the masculine side is outrageous. It starts delicious with a fruity touch swirling between plum, raspberry, and pineapple, and when the cardamom and nutmeg take over (I’m a novice, but I’d say those two notes give the blend a smoky vibe), it feels like a magic potion simmering slowly in a great cauldron, right at the door of a hut in the middle of the forest; yes, forest… because although the woody nuances never stand out, they’re there (moss, cedar, sandalwood, guaiac) and you start hearing their whispers, those of a forest under a witch’s spell, whispers that will irremediably lead you to her hut, beware there! Versatility… 10/10, any day of the year is good to wear this scent, if you learn well how many times you need to pull the trigger depending on the situation. Projection… 8/10, a shockwave of 1.5 to 2 meters from the epicenter. Longevity… 9/10, about 8 hours, and that despite the tests being at not very high temperatures, which surprised me quite a bit, because when temperatures rise, this parameter can skyrocket, just like the projection. Boadicea has assembled the ingredients perfectly in Glorious, as if it were a magic spell… beware of the witch! – A Nicheboy.
