Fucking garbage, I won’t use it for anything. At least I tested it in-store and wasn’t one to buy blind. It projects and lasts forever (which is my bad luck). If you like it, great, but it’s not for everyone. Definitely test it first, no matter what.

The first time I atomized it, it was a hard cardamom explosion that filled the room all day. It lasts all day in cold weather or with wind, then on clothes it smells incredible like cinnamon. I recommend it if you like very strong spicy scents.

Too much cardamom and patchouli for my taste. I haven’t smelled Centaurus, but it reminds me of Spectre Ghost. If you like warm spicy scents but lean towards gourmand, choose something else. Here, the cardamom and patchouli are very noticeable, and I barely smell the cinnamon.

Smells like cherry cough syrup. Super cloying and pointless. Once it dries down, it smells like baby wipes, which is disgusting.

This is 90% similar to Lattafa’s Eternal Oud, just with a spicy note in the opening.

I bought the 100ml for 39.90€ a while ago with shipping included. For those who haven’t heard of it: it’s an interpretation of Creed Centaurus. Rather than copying it, it takes the spicy-creamy idea and makes it more direct. It’s not easy to wear; it’s spicy and creamy. I get a slight mint caramel sensation, not minty, but fresh in the base. It’s a night scent for dates or going out. If you’re in an enclosed space during the first few hours, I don’t recommend it; it can be a bit overwhelming. It’s one of my two favorites from the brand. Application: Winter 6-8 sprays at max, don’t recommend for summer. On my dry skin it lasts 7 hours, on clothes a full day. Notable sillage for 2-3 hours. Clearly more masculine, though it works well on women too. Should I recommend it? Yes.

After using it twice and forgiving it the first time, it’s a great option if you save it for elegant occasions and only spray 2-3 times; otherwise, if the spicy, cinnamon, and warm scent overwhelms you, you won’t want to repeat it. But in the right measure, it looks great, giving that elegant and sophisticated touch for going out dressed to the nines. It lasts over 8 hours with acceptable projection. Very little versatility, only for very special occasions. Nothing for warm climates. It’s more of a night than a day scent. I see it with a black suit and red tie at 100%; it fits like a glove. Nice and original bottle, excellent price. My ratings: Scent 8, Longevity 8.5, Projection 7.5, Price 9, Total 8.25.

Not a blind buy under any circumstances; don’t get swept up by influencer hype. It was horrible to me. Test before you commit.

Everyone’s taste differs, but this is exactly like Centaurus. If you’re not into that profile, you won’t like this Crimson either. It’s very spicy, lasts long, and is hard to wear casually. I sold mine because I already own Terra, and they felt so similar to me that they were redundant.

If you’re looking for the Centaurus DNA but improved and boosted, go for Lattafa’s Taureau de Combat instead. The quality is insane, it projects well, and it lasts much longer than this. It’s strange that you can’t find it on Fragrantica.

If you’re interested in Creed’s Centaurus, read this. Let’s be honest, we all love Arabic fragrances because they’re niche clones at ridiculous prices. Crimson is identical to Centaurus; unless you have a super-sensitive nose, you won’t tell the difference even if they’re on the same arm. They smell 90-95% the same. The development is also unnoticeable: Centaurus isn’t a beast, and neither is Crimson. Moderate projection for 3 hours, then it becomes subtle. Longevity is about 6 hours. Nothing special, but Centaurus isn’t either. The difference is the price: 32 euros versus 330. They’re pulling our legs, but well. I’ve decided: Crimson eats Centaurus for breakfast.

Arrived today, and honestly, Centaurus and Crimson are identical, save perhaps for ingredient quality, though I don’t notice a difference. It starts with a rich, spicy cinnamon, then turns semi-sweet with tonka bean, and finally settles down with cardamomo—medicinal and herbal. I wouldn’t buy it if you’re looking for a brand to show off, but the performance is the same; excluding longevity, I’d say it’s similar. Creed has a decent duration, between 6-8 hours, and if Rayhaan performs like that, I’d be more than satisfied. The performance feels a bit decadent: after the first hour, if you don’t bring your nose close, you can’t smell it; it’s present but only in your own bubble, projecting nothing and leaving no trail. It smells great and intense right out of the spray, like all the warm, spicy scents worth buying, but then… it fades.

Arrived today, so I can’t talk about longevity and projection yet; in the test, it didn’t last as long as they say, so I’ll let it macerate. That said, I absolutely loved it. It’s not a fragrance I’d recommend buying blindly. I tested Creed Centaurus and already knew where this scent was heading: if you like spicy notes, especially cinnamon, I recommend buying it. It resembles Centaurus by 80-85% because in Crimson, the spicy notes stand out more than in the original Creed. It’s an even more pleasant scent than Centaurus, which is more particular and cloying without those prominent spicy notes. Both are for special occasions and cold weather. Given the price, Crimson is definitely worth much more.
