Honestly, it smells super masculine to me. The patchouli and other notes give it a very manly, clean vibe with a subtle animalic touch if you can even call it that. I’d define it as a fresh, balsamic patchouli with that slight animalic wink. Smelling it brings back 80s perfumes, like an updated version of those classics. I can see myself wearing it to a nightclub in 1984.
I’m disappointed, especially since I already knew how it smelled after reading the brand’s advertising. I don’t find anything sexual in the scent, nor have I noticed women smelling it on me. Maybe this perfume comes off poorly in that regard compared to others that actually do. I’d describe it as a slightly dark fougere (not too green) that’s been sweetened a bit. It doesn’t smell dirty, animalic, musky, ambergris, or salty. As for longevity, it’s the worst in the line: it doesn’t last, doesn’t project, and doesn’t hold up even compared to a standard designer fragrance.
