  Love Delight is subtle for an Amouage. It’s not groundbreaking, but the note combination sounds unique. It opens with sparkling tangerine, then evolves into something warm yet refreshing, where cinnamon, jasmine, and a prominent vanilla are accompanied by powdery heliotrope. I haven’t detected any other notes in two uses, though the cocoa might be reinforcing the heliotrope. Like other Amouages, it has that sharp edge that must be the fixative. The trail is strong for the first two hours before fading. It lasts about 10 hours on my skin. I liked it; it’s good for spring, summer (if it’s not too hot), and fall, but it didn’t win me over. Scent 6/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 7/10, Value 3/10, Versatility 6/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? No.

  It might seem simple, mainstream, and even a bit unworthy of Amouage. Yes, it’s more commercial than scents like Guidance. But it’s super enjoyable and far more complex than it appears. It starts fruity and sweet, then shifts to powdery florals with spices: a lively ginger that contrasts with soft cinnamon. On my skin, it’s creamy, almond-y, and talc-like (thanks to the heliotrope), and I love it, even though I’m not a huge fan of almond. It’s not gourmand, but it’s sweet and almost edible. As it dries down, the cypriol adds a minty note that rounds it off perfectly. In short: rich, enjoyable, not groundbreaking but not simple either. It’s feminine and super versatile for almost any season. Lasts over 8 hours with moderate projection. At the original price, I wouldn’t buy it—it’s pricey—but if I find it on sale, I wouldn’t rule it out.

  It’s gorgeous, versatile, with a sweet and feminine twist. That soft rose really shines through—nothing aggressive, just flowers and sweets that blend luxuriously. On my skin, vanilla and cocoa take the lead. I wish it had more rum, but it doesn’t. The longevity isn’t amazing, but its charm is on another level.

  Well, it’s wearable. It doesn’t give me goosebumps, nor do I feel like smelling it again. But watch out: the opening is cinnamon and citrus, an original touch that gives it its own signature.
