I’ve tried it several times, but it never really works for me; it smells a bit plasticky. It’s not an Altair clone, but it follows that line and smells much better than Odyssey Aoud. The best advice is to test it before buying.
An elegant scent in the same vein as Oud for Glory, but more versatile thanks to that noticeable bergamot. Even though it’s not on the list, it smells like leather, my favorite note. It was my pick of the three Club Lions (the other two are more feminine). Very masculine, long-lasting, and projects well. If you’re buying blind, the other two in the saga (Rugir and Monarque) are safer bets. Féroce is definitely for those who love oud or leather.
I’m using it fresh out of the bottle, unmacerated. It smells strong with a very prominent oud and a slight, wearable animalic touch. It feels musky and a bit sweet. Be careful with the spray mechanism. It’s best for cold weather or evenings, though you can wear it anytime (just don’t leave it in a hot closed car, or it’ll be ruined). It’s well-made and you can tell the quality.
