  • Ever since I found it, I can’t stop using it. It’s a delight to shower, dress, and apply to the neck before heading to work. It’s excellent, powerful, green, spicy, dark, mysterious, and addictive. For those who know Creed’s Royal Oud, this is the best inspiration. It has immense power and longevity. The main difference is a green, cold leather base. Of seven days, I use it three times. It’s sumptuous and ridiculously cheap compared to Creed; its trail, longevity, and projection outshine the original by a mile. It’s not synthetic; the green notes are intoxicating. 100% recommended. Scent 9/10, Trail 10/10, Longevity 10/10, Projection 9/10.

  • They say it’s like Creed’s Royal Oud, but since I haven’t tried it, I can’t confirm. They also say it reminds me of Polo, and I have tried that one, but it only resembles it at the end, when only the leather and oakmoss remain. It’s a beautiful perfume where cedar dominates with that pencil-wood scent and an unlisted ambergris note. Then come the woods, and finally the leather and moss. I didn’t notice the oud. In short, it’s a modern fougere. Its performance is brutal: heavy trail, wide projection, and it lasts over 8 hours on skin and weeks on clothes. Anecdote: at a gathering, I greeted a friend, and hours later, when I hugged him again, everyone could smell his perfume stuck to him. Incredible.

Beware of its deceptive potency: don’t over-spray if you’re in enclosed spaces. It’s not bad; it’s a strong, masculine scent, nothing for teenagers. If you like wood, oakmoss, galbanum, and the kick of pepper, you’ll love it. It’s not a copy of Polo Green, which is greener and more vintage; this is a winter scent for day and night, but skip the office unless you use just two sprays. It has great performance, and luckily, the trail isn’t invasive. It smells powerful and solid, not unisex; that oud is more woody, with cedar and leather, giving it a rough niche touch. The bottle is luxurious.

  • Bought this thinking it would be a Polo Green, but it’s only 40% of the deal. Surprisingly, it smells a lot like Lattafa’s Al Areeq Silver; it’s like mixing Polo with that ‘cocaine’ leather and mechanical vibe. I liked it, but beware: it’s not for picking up girls or getting compliments, it’s for true fans. People say it inspires Creed’s Royal Oud, though I’ve never tried that one.
