About Marejada
Marejada by Casaniche is an olfactive fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2021, the nose behind this composition is Maximiliano Cifuentes. The top notes feature green apple, pink grapefruit, and blackcurrant; the heart notes evoke an ozonic character with sea salt and floral accents; the base notes reveal marine algae, Iso E Super, fir, and amber. Inspired by Chilean coasts, this distinctive proposal offers an intense aroma that marks the skin and transports the wearer to the clean air of the coast and the refreshing sea breeze that fills with pleasure. The brand recalls its personal origin working on ships docking in Antofagasta: the scent of salt on the ropes upon arriving at the port, the journey from the pier to the launch boat rising with the smell of sea humidity while waves crashed against algae-covered rocks. A full olfactory spectacle filled with marine nuances, an adrenaline rush while navigating through swells.

Ozone-clean with a salty twist; the seaweed in the base gives it real character. Perfect for anyone looking to try a salty scent or a marine fragrance with more personality.
Ozone-clean with a salty hint and an algae base that gives it character. Perfect for those seeking a marine scent with personality or who want to dive deep into the salty side.
It’s the salty breeze of a cloudy day just before rain on an algae-filled beach. If you love the DNA of Megamare and its derivatives, this is for you: it doesn’t smell like summer freshness, but rather pure, dark, and dense ocean. In terms of performance, it was a beast: lasted two days on skin, projected for 5 hours, and survived a hot shower.
The ultimate marine scent. A beautiful composition that fits Maximiliano’s vision. It starts fruity, highlighting the apple, but the saltiness takes over until it becomes the star: salty water and foam. It’s a body-rich salty-marine scent thanks to that woody touch; it’s not ethereal, it’s a wave hitting you hard. High-quality ingredients and beastly longevity for a fresh scent: I tested it on my wrist and it lasted 24 hours. An honor for a Chilean to create this masterpiece. 🇨🇱
The ultimate marine scent. A beautiful composition that fits Maximiliano’s vision perfectly. It starts fruity, highlighting the apple, but the saltiness takes over until it dominates, smelling like saltwater and foam. It’s a very particular salty-marine blend; that woody touch gives it depth. It’s not an airy aquatic scent, but a wave hitting you with force. The ingredients are top-notch, and while it’s fresh for heat, it has beastly longevity: I tested it on my wrist and it lasted 24 hours (though obviously fading on the skin in the last few hours). It’s an honor for a perfume this good to come from a Chilean creator. What a masterpiece. 🇨🇱
Casa Niche is back with an olfactory experience where salty notes reign supreme, something almost imperceptible in designer perfumes. It’s an aromatic saltiness emulsified with marine notes, a job by ISO and Super, featuring grapefruit, apple, blackcurrant, and amber. Perfect for a sunny, fresh, sparkling summer day. In my opinion, it’s great for picnics or dates, but no more than 4 sprays. Watch out: don’t be fooled by its summer vibe; as a collector, I’m surprised by its longevity on skin.

A summer fragrance with ozonic and marine notes, ideal for daytime wear in summer. Eau de parfum with 5 to 6 hours of longevity and a trail that lingers beyond the arm. Highlights citrus like grapefruit, a salty floral heart, and a base of amber and algae. Very fresh and perfect for the beach or countryside in open-air settings.

More aquatic than I expected, but in my opinion, the herbal notes really stand out, reminding me of Cartier’s Carat bouquet of freshly cut flowers. It’s not sweet at all, so it’s definitely not for the sweet-tooth crowd. It’s a fresh, clean scent that’s very pleasant for spring and summer if you give it a chance, but don’t buy it blindly because it’s not for everyone. I think both men and women can enjoy it as long as they’re not looking for a sweet bomb. The trail is medium-low and the longevity is about 5 hours. I love that a Chilean company produces such great perfumes with excellent quality for the price.
A curious scent: it smells exclusively like watermelon, to be specific, like watermelon gum.
