  1. CarlitoSalsa

First time with this line, watch out: the cap comes off too easily. At first spray, it smells great—nothing synthetic, pure saffron that brings back memories of my home in the 90s, like my aunts’ perfumes. As it dries, a sweet touch like mint caramel. Projection is almost non-existent; lasts about half an hour on skin, maybe an hour max. I grabbed it on sale for 30 soles, so for the price, you can’t ask for more. Perfect for spring or autumn at dusk, but I’d recommend a decant to reapply every hour.

  2. It’s rich but lacks some punch. I got this as a gift a year ago and wore it on a date with my girlfriend; she loved it. On my skin, it lasts about 3 hours, but on her clothes, it lingered until the next day, which is pretty unusual. The projection is weak, but if you lean in to sniff, it smells great. It’s a sweet, vanilla, and saffron-tinged wood, not citrusy or overly sweet. Alcohol-heavy opening with a soft dry-down. Smells masculine and clean, perfect for a young guy in autumn or a crisp spring. It has a sentimental charm; there are better options for the price, but it works well as a gift. Great for the gym or short outings, but not for night parties.
