It opens with a blend of saffron, geranium, and balsamic notes that deliver a metallic, dense hit, enveloping a withered, almost faded rose very typical of Arabic perfumes; as it dries down, the rose becomes fresher and slightly sweet, and here the fragrance gains a powdery character, moving away from that Arabic profile to lean more toward a vintage rose scent or those old floral powder room sprays.
