This Haze can catch you off guard with that green, marijuana-like opening, but the evolution surprises you, transporting you to classic 80s and 90s fougères. Later, the scent settles into soft lavender, eucalyptus, and citrus with green nuances. It feels clean, slightly sweet, and very versatile. Reminds me of Brut or Chilean Flaño—very masculine and fresh. Recommended if you want to try something interestingly green with a simpler evolution than it seems. Good performance overall. Rating: 8/10. Tried from the Discovery Set.
I barely smell any cannabis. It reminds me of the green bottle of powder my grandfather used to keep.
As a cannabis cultivator with years of experience, I can say this HAZE fragrance is the best interpretation of everything I’ve tried. When you cut a bud and smell it, it feels exactly like this perfume at the start. This Haze family consists of sativas that are potent, acidic, fresh, and highly aromatic, and this scent is their true reflection. It doesn’t say cannabis on the label, but the name isn’t for nothing. It lasts about 8 hours; by hour 2 it fades on the skin but keeps throwing out bursts. Those who’ve never smelled fresh marijuana might not make the connection, but it doesn’t matter because it’s a pleasant and wearable scent. It’s not that burnt cannabis from a joint or pipe—it’s green and fresh. I’m running low on my 3ml decant and don’t know if I should buy the bottle. If you want to get close to the scent of a freshly cut bud, this is your best option. As a side note, BEHIQUE by Renier Perfumes claims to have cannabis but has nothing to do with it, neither fresh nor burnt. THIS HAZE, on the other hand, absolutely does.
