I read the notes and bought it blind, and it’s amazing! I already own other Vera Wang perfumes and knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. This one is gourmand, chic, and adds drama to the evening without losing its fun, interesting, and sweet vibe. It opens with a juicy cocktail of tangerine, pear, and black currants; minutes later, it takes you to the heart with that cotton flower note that feels like freshly laundered sheets, paired with delicate jasmine and seductive freesia. The dry down features sandalwood, a well-crafted patchouli that adds depth and amber mystery, rich bitter dark chocolate, and exquisite powdered berries. A delicious perfume. I love it for nighttime in any season. It’s casual, modern, and fun—perfect for the spontaneous, very feminine woman. The moderate trail lasts about 6 hours on my skin with lotion (I don’t mind carrying the bottle to reapply; it’s just too delicious!). Among all the Princess by Vera Wang scents, this is my favorite. I sometimes hang the cap and the bottle’s charm on a necklace as jewelry; the heart-shaped bottle is simply adorable.
