It caught my nose with those notes. Upon trying it, it smells like something I already know: sweet, amber, with spices, leather, and rose that are incredibly prominent. It’s a scent that lingers and, when placed next to Xerjoff’s Comandante, is almost identical; both are intoxicating. After two hours, once dried and sniffed up close, mint emerges with a woody base and a very subtle hint of cinnamon; it’s a dense blend where the other notes aren’t distinguishable. In short, it’s high quality and not overdone. If you try it, don’t hesitate; it’s a beautiful fragrance. In my opinion, it’s for intermediate and slightly cool seasons, for people over 28, suitable for both formal and informal occasions, totally unisex. Scent 8.5/10, Sillage 8.5/10, Longevity 8.5/10, Projection 8/10.
It’s a magnificent menthol blast with a spicy touch and an amber base that has presence and lasts. I think it’s a charming construction, more in the line of Versace EROS than One Million (even though people vote otherwise, it’s nothing like it!), but with a more intense menthol that persists even after drying down. It’s super versatile and not challenging at all; it walks the wide, paved roads. It pleases 99% of people. Recommended buy if you can get it for a price that doesn’t break the bank.
