Gucci Bamboo by Gucci

I love it because it’s romantic and casual—floral and sweet but not heavy or boring. It feels fresh and tender, perfect for everyday wear. If I described it in TikTok terms, it would be the ‘soft clean girl’ perfume. It doesn’t smell like nothing, quite the opposite. The bergamot in the opening gives freshness, but as it dries down, the flowers blend with amber and vanilla to create something exquisite and soft against the skin. It plays it safe but does it well. I love wearing it with white clothes and my hair pulled back and shiny; I feel beautiful. It doesn’t smell ‘old lady’ at all, so don’t let the white flowers fool you uwu.

Citrusy but not so strong that it leaves a clean, elegant trail in the end. I think I should try it again because it left me with mixed feelings: the opening feels generic, but the drydown after several hours (which I loved) reminded me of a perfume I smelled years ago and can’t remember which one it was.

Fantastic fragrance, very feminine and delicate. The Casablanca lily takes center stage with spicy notes and a subtle, elegant touch of vanilla. On my skin, it creates a luxurious chemistry: four sprays last over seven hours. I see it as a spring scent, but not for intense heat. It exudes sophistication, floral notes, and romance; it’s a great choice for a first date, unless your pH ruins it. In my opinion, it’s an outstanding perfume—not mass-produced, but elegant, youthful, and exquisite, just like Gucci. Always test on skin, as everyone’s experience is different.

The ad is gorgeous and very cinematic, featuring Gal Gadot, a true woman of beauty, promising a sensual and memorable fragrance. Bamboo smells good… but it’s not memorable; it’s a light, citrusy floral that smells like lily. It’s fine for daily wear in spring/summer. It’s youthful, light, and pleasant. I liked it, but I wouldn’t buy it; if someone gifted it to me, I’d definitely use it. The ad deserves a 10/10.

It hooked me at first, but over time it’s not quite as appealing; it smells quite serious. I save it for winter nights.

More than green from the bamboo, it smells sweet and woody to me: elegant yet casual. It smells just like Jessica Simpson I Fancy You; I own both and the scent difference is minimal compared to the price, so if you like Gucci Bamboo and want to save money, this is your option.

I don’t like it; nothing fresh, it overwhelms me. I prefer the Eau de Toilette, although that doesn’t last or fix well either. Definitely the bergamot and ylang-ylang blend isn’t for me; the bitter orange blossom ruins the overall effect on my skin. The base notes are more bearable than the top and heart notes.

I’m using it and can’t stop thinking it resembles L’Air de Nina Ricci in the middle notes. When I apply it, I feel a blast of freshness and energy that fills me with joy. I also notice a powdery touch in the background that lingers until the end. In the heart phase, the ylang-ylang and orange blossom really stand out. I love the dry down, where the amber and sandalwood add warmth and elegance.

What a delicious perfume! A fresh and rich aroma like Gucci, just not as long-lasting. Yes, it reminds me a lot of the other Gucci one, Flora.
