I love it. It smells exactly like I expected Vanilla Rock Sugar to smell. An opening of petit suisse that transforms in 5 minutes into the most lactonic/sugary perfume I’ve ever heard. Most of the time it smells like cream, cloud, and sugar. The ambroxan is very noticeable. Absolutely delicious and gourmand. I didn’t like Rock Sugar because I hate the pear smell and expected something more like this, but I love this one. A comment says it’s similar to Sweet Tooth, but to me it doesn’t resemble it at all. Sweet Tooth smells muuuchiisiiimo more plastic-y.

  • What can I say? I absolutely loved it! It’s simple but addictive. To me, it smells like a strawberry milkshake, super lactonic and creamy, with that pretty strawberry and nothing artificial, which I usually don’t like. In short, it’s a strawberry marshmallow that might seem childish but I love it so much. It’s going in my top 5! P.S.: Nothing to do with Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter, I didn’t like that one.

  • It’s perfect, it’s literally a strawberry marshmallow or sweet strawberries with lots of cream. I love the marshmallow note; I’ve been searching for it since I got addicted to perfumes. It’s the best Kayali launch so far (I’ve tried all of them). So realistic, fluffy, and airy like a real marshmallow. The strawberry doesn’t smell like a humidifier or air freshener, just like in the promo photos. I bought a bag of marshmallows and it smells identical; I compared it side by side. It’s soft; if you want something more potent, try Strawberry Sugar High by Sphinx. Very feminine and youthful, addictive, and charming. Has nothing to do with Pink Sugar or Devotion, every nose is different, better to try it. Scent 10/10, smells exactly what it promises. It’s a gourmand that smells like perfume, not food, and I like that. Medium potency, a 7/10.

How do I start? Yum Boujee Marshmallow 81 is a DELICIOUS treat, yes… but it’s 98% identical to Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter, I DO NOT ACCEPT opinions saying otherwise because I have both and I smell them side by side. I’ve been wearing them for two days and the differences are MINIMAL, with the Kayali Yum Boujee being much better in performance and projection. It’s a ‘baby girl’ perfume, super cute and sweet, like being in CANDYFORNIA from the California Gurls video, EXACTLY. RATINGS: Scent 95/100 (Delicious sweet… but Meh!), Projection 90/100 (Not Best Mood like Biancco Latte but leaves a trail), Longevity 90/100 (Skin scent lasts 8-10h without issues), Sillage 90/100 (More Kayali), Versatility 100/100 (Super good for layering), Quality 90/100 (Hit, but nothing extraordinary). <3<3<3 XOXO... - ATTE: TU.PINCHE.MERA.PATRONA

  • Wow! I’ve never caught a bubblegum note this realistic. It smells like opening a bag of candies, those twisted strawberry marshmallows, or the scent of a candy store. It brings back memories of my birthday parties, handing out bags and pulling out that pink bubblegum.

  • What a wonder! I went to smell it with the lowest expectations after Isa Ramírez’s review and thought it would be a letdown, but I absolutely loved it. I don’t see it as childish; it’s a wonderful sweet perfume with a bubblegum scent but a complex base. I loved it, it still projects strongly after more than 24 hours. I WANT IT.

  • Smells like a candy bomb, with a touch of lactonic coconut and dusty raspberry. It’s a good perfume, though it’s not quite my sweet style.

  • LilithOdettee

I haven’t received so many compliments on any perfume as I have with this one. It’s delicate and very lactonic, not cloying, and leaves a long-lasting trail. Without a doubt, since I tried it, it’s one of my favorites.

  • Éric Sélène

I’d define it as a sweet, coquettish hug. It’s a tribute to gourmand scents where sweetness reigns with a modern touch. It opens with a fruity burst of strawberry and floral freshness. In the heart, white marshmallow and coconut create a rich, creamy texture evoking nostalgia. The base is whipped vanilla and pink musk, adding depth and sensuality. It balances indulgence and playful femininity. Highlights: sophisticated gourmand feel, not cloying thanks to the balance. Longevity: moderate projection and 6-7 hours. Considerations: linear profile, can be predictable and too sweet for those seeking something fresh. Price: high investment. Ideal for young women or those with a youthful spirit looking to project a warm, coquettish image.

  • The fragrance is exquisite, soft, sweet, and feminine—something I’d love to wear all day. But its longevity and projection disappointed me; I expected to feel it without having to bring my nose close.

  • The opening smells like strawberry cream candy—deliciously sweet, edible, fluffy, and girly. As it dries, it reminds me of petit suisse with a clean touch. I’m not a fan of gourmands, but I loved it so much I bought the big bottle. I was surprised by the performance (I expected it to last a breath) and the amount of compliments. It lasts days on my clothes; my closet smells like petit suisse, what a delightful pink treat. They say it’s synthetic, and it is, but it smells divine.

  • If I had to define it in one phrase, I’d say ‘I’m just a girl’. It’s literally all pink, coquette, pretty, and cute, like a strawberry tart. Sweet, gourmand, lactonic, and nothing synthetic. Totally worth it.

  • Mitafragance

I thought this would be my Cotton Candy sin, a bit too teen for me, but turns out it’s super versatile. Everyone loves it; it’s very well-balanced, a sweetness that doesn’t bother or feel heavy. I thought it looked beautiful, reminds me vaguely of some Kilian, but I’ll wait until I spend more before dropping a fortune.

  • I’m not a fan of gourmands, but I really liked this perfume. At first, it’s a bit alcoholic, but it changes quickly and reveals a lovely strawberry smoothie, then pink marshmallow and femininity. In the end, it’s a strawberry bonbon with sugar. Everyone says it doesn’t last, but I notice it for a long time, and it lasts days on clothes. It’s youthful but not childish; perfect for mornings when you don’t know what to wear. Also great for adding sweetness and femininity to other fragrances when layering. I wouldn’t buy the 100ml; 50ml or 10ml is enough to satisfy the craving.

  • Jaionemaite3

Honestly, I don’t want to trash it—I bought it blindly due to the hype, and it was a letdown. It’s a nice scent, but it’s for a young girl; it smells like cloud candy, and there’s no projection on me (thank goodness, because I don’t want to smell like a walking gummy bear). Warning: test before buying so it doesn’t happen to you.

  • AnaísLpez96

I bought the 10ml because everyone said it was Kayali’s best. The scent is nice, but I don’t smell all the notes; it just smells like strawberry and cream candies. For those of you in Spain, it smells like Solano strawberry candies. Even though it’s delicious, I don’t get why it’s so expensive. The sillage is non-existent and it lasts less than 2 hours. I think Kayali has a great marketing strategy but not great formulas. I like it and would use it, but I’m not interested in spending €100 on 50ml; I’ll look for a dupe. I disagree with those who say it’s childish; it’s gourmand, delicate, feminine, and cheerful, yet sophisticated. It’s for young adult women, though older women could wear it too.

  • I bought the 10ml, and I’m glad I didn’t get the big one. It literally smells like a strawberry cloud, like those white and pink candies (here called ‘besitos’). But it doesn’t last; there’s no sillage or projection, I can only smell it for the first 10 minutes. It makes no sense for Kayali to release something like this at this price—it’s pure marketing. It’s a shame because it smells amazing, but I wouldn’t pay what it costs. Marshmallow Blush by Paris Corner is a good alternative; it leaves a trail, lasts longer, and won’t break the bank.

  • I tried it at Sephora, and within 5 minutes it reminded me of Eclaire with a strawberry twist. It smells good, but it’s not for me; it’s extremely sweet, and this is too much. Edit: I bought a decant. The first time, the sweetness overwhelmed me haha, but by the third time, I was hooked. It’s for cold climates; I don’t wear it at 32 degrees. Compared to Eclaire, Yum Boujee has more quality and refinement. The price isn’t cheap, but I’ll definitely buy the travel version.

  • sikosisinfinita

It smells like a strawberry cloud, very sugary, and that’s it. I absolutely love it; it’s youthful and perfect for daily wear. It’s not refined enough for events—I’d use it for classes, hanging out with friends, or casual dates with my boyfriend.

  • I get the hype—it smells like edible strawberry, and only Kayali delivers that pleasure without losing femininity. I bought the 10ml because it’s pricey and I’m just happy to try it. The bottle is adorable. If I’d bought the big one, I’d be tired of it already; even though it smells like a strawberry cloud, after wearing it I notice the milky side, and it reminds me of baby powder.

  • Mimicheri

I passed by a Sephora today and found a stand with several Kayali perfumes, so I tried them, especially this one since I adore sweets, but it was a disappointment. It simply smells like bubblegum, like the typical little girl cologne we all had. It seems pretty overrated. I don’t know about the longevity, which is probably fine, but I’m talking about the scent. It doesn’t seem worth the price for such a basic smell.

  • I’m not a huge fan of perfumes that smell like food; I’d heard it smelled like candies, strawberry, and sugar, which discouraged me. But I managed to try it in a store and was fascinated. Still, I had doubts because one thing is smelling it on the bottle and another is how it interacts on my skin, so I decided to spray a little and evaluate it. Luckily, it turned out great. At first, the opening is sweet and sugary, but as the day went on, I noticed it smelled like candies—not overly sweet, but delicate—mixed with strawberry. To be honest, I compare it to a natural strawberry milkshake with a little sugar and a touch of soft, refreshing vanilla. I like that it’s very feminine without being childish. The projection is good, and the longevity on me was over 10 hours, I think it depends on how many sprays you use and where.

  • Oh my god, what a bomb Kayali drops with their fragrances—they’re simple, synthetic, and expensive. I was dying to try them, drove an hour just to smell synthetic cream and strawberry, like Fruit of the Loom. I didn’t even try another scent from the brand, and I’m furious because I love the creator.

  • blackstone

I’m editing this because my perception has changed. At first, I hated it; it smelled like cheap bubblegum with terrible longevity. But I gave it another chance, and the tables turned. It’s sweet, but a refined sweetness, not like some rough gourmands. It’s good. I see it for anyone 10 and up, perhaps leaning younger, but I don’t see why someone over 50 couldn’t wear it. It’s gorgeous, versatile, perfect for daily wear and all seasons.

  • darlenerock

This ‘strawberry gummy’ scent is very trendy, and honestly, it’s not my style. I don’t like it at all. It’s extremely sweet. If you like smelling like a ‘strawberry milkshake with marshmallows,’ this is definitely your scent.

  • I’m usually not a fan of perfumes that are so pink and pop, but I genuinely LOVE this one. It’s completely addictive; the scent is like marshmallow fluff. Although I’ve had perfumes with a marshmallow note, I think this is the ONLY ONE in my collection that truly smells like marshmallow. If your personality is soft and sweet, this is for you.

  • polishcreative

Wow! It’s 100% ‘Pink Girl’ but with an interesting twist. It’s sweet and decadent, yet not cloying. What fascinates me is its evolution: as it dries down, the sweetness blends with a super clean musk vibe, like ‘clean girl,’ making it addictive and hypnotic. It feels coquettish and modern. Definitely attracts compliments; guys love it. And the packaging? A total dream. A gourmand fantasy in a beautiful bottle!

  • Kayali – Yum Boujee Marshmallow | 81. I already had Marshmallow Blush 2025, which is its dupe and I love it. It gives me pure happiness. But when I tried the original at Sephora in Corte Inglés Tenerife… wow. I fell in love instantly. They’re similar, but Kayali 81 has more body, depth, and lasts longer. It’s the rounder, creamier, and more intense version. I’ve tried it five times and like it more each time. It’s sweet, fluffy, feminine, playful… and it lifts my mood every time I smell it. A beautiful perfume that makes me feel happy. ♥️✨

  • What a gorgeous perfume! It’s one of those sweet, light, and exquisite scents that are instantly addictive. Imagine a little cloud of strawberry with powdered sugar—it’s my absolute favorite from Kayali.

  • It’s very airy and fluffy, doesn’t smell like food, more like a sweet, airy cloud. I love the musk that cuts the sweetness and makes it fluffy; it reminds me of chewable strawberry candies. When I first bought it, I noticed more lactonic notes with coconut, but after a year, I perceive more vanilla and marshmallow; it must have mellowed. If you’re looking for something complicated, you’ll find it basic. But tastes vary; lately, it seems if you don’t like something complicated that changes a thousand times and has rare Himalayan notes, you’re considered basic. Perfumery is for enjoyment; there are a thousand niche brands offering other things.

People hype this up like it’s a work of art 😂. Nowhere near the truth. It smells good and is cute, but that’s it. It always happens with Kayali: the hype is brutal and the price matches it for the performance. If I’m told YBM is a celebrity perfume, I believe it. The opening is sweet and a bit refreshing; you can smell the lemon and apple with the strawberry. Then it sweetens and gets cloying; the cloud and coconut have that effect. It ends sweet, with vanilla and cloud. Longevity and projection are just okay. I bought the Paris Corner dupe to layer with Burberry Her in spring, and it’s not a big deal either. Between YBM and Marshmallow Blush, I stick with the latter; it lasts longer on my skin. Comments like ‘if you don’t like YBM, you have bad taste’ make you think; that’s something only a teenager or perfume newbie would say 😂🤣. It’s for a cuki, basic crowd, for hoodies and youth, but nothing extraordinary.

  • It’s a wonderful fragrance: youthful, feminine, sparkling, and very sweet. The fresh fruity opening makes it delicious for feeling good, and the vanilla-caramel dry down is unbeatable. That said, I don’t think it’s worth the price; there are others with the same DNA and better performance. If you love the floral opening most, Odyssey Marshmallow is the same, and the raspberry-caramel dry down in Yara Elixir is EXACTLY the same. I have one on each arm and can’t tell them apart, except that the Elixir is more potent and lasts longer. I paid a quarter of what Kayali charges, so there’s no point in recommending it.

  • Trying this out is basically the same as, or even less than, some cheap body sprays out there with a similar scent. Not worth the price given the poor longevity and projection.

  • Ugh, I got this as a gift and it’s an incredibly sweet and sexy fragrance with an amazing trail that lingers on clothes for days. Smells very feminine; whenever I wear it, people ask for compliments. It’s sweeter than usual, but I love it. My husband says I smell ‘amazing’ 🥹😍😮💨
