I took advantage of the ridiculous price to try it, though I was disappointed. The opening is a ‘mature’ and powdery sweetness from old school (due to the clove note) that I hate, just like with Orissima. It’s not caramel or vanilla, but that sweet floral vibe from the eighties. Fortunately, it later evolves into resins and labdanum’s camphorated touches, making it pleasant and unisex. It’s for fall/winter; the heat makes it unbearable. It’s not clean or modern as promised, but rather resinous and vintage. I wouldn’t use it, but I respect its 2010 audacity.

I bought it out of curiosity and it is really INTENSE. It smells powdery and mentholated, ideal for clearing up a stuffy nose if you’re cold (funny but true) for the first 30 minutes. Then it softens; the menthol is special for very cold days. I only clearly notice saffron and benzoin afterward, nothing else. I keep it for when I’m sick. Super affordable price and easy to find.

At first it smells very good, soft and pleasant, but soon it becomes almost imperceptible. Light longevity.

It’s quite pleasant and interesting, a contrast to the current offerings full of lychee, pear, citrus, vanilla, and pepper. The opening with peach and plum is ‘sparkling,’ energetic, and not cloying, which puts you in a good mood. The neroli in the heart is notable and appears early, though it doesn’t dominate. On the dry down, I notice tonka bean and saffron (which I like), quite soft but not faint in this white soul. I liked it, I would buy it. It conveys cleanliness, beauty, and comfort.
