Matcha Meditation is more masculine than what I usually wear, but sweet enough for when I feel empowered. It smells like a high-end spa or a luxury yoga school. Literally, it smells like matcha with vanilla in the background, which comes out a few hours later.

It’s my favorite perfume -.- I expected much more, as others say, I was hoping for something more like The Matcha 26, but nothing. It’s just a sweet white floral. I barely smelled any matcha tea at all. It’s nice, but if you’re looking for a green aroma, it’s not here.

The worst if you wear it in the heat. I don’t smell any matcha at all; I wonder why houses keep using note names that are never perceived.

I like matcha tea, I drink a lot of it. It seems complex to turn that aroma into such a wonderful perfume. It smells like a fresh matcha tea cake, like being in a tea plantation around you. I don’t own it, but I heard it on a trip and I’ll definitely buy it. Replica is magic, as always.

I recommend buying the 10ml travel version to test it out, because many fragrances from this house aren’t easy to love. To me, this Matcha Meditation seems curious: the green tea with creamy white chocolate is noticeable right from the start. I love the combination; it smells green and sweet, very pretty. However, as always, it lacks power and longevity.

Unbearable and repulsive aroma. All the previous descriptions hit me; to me, it smells like dirty street grass. I’ve only tasted matcha in ice cream and remember a mild green tea flavor slightly sweetened, but this perfume doesn’t smell like that. It’s a green aroma that’s too strong and bitter, like chlorophyll, nothing creamy. I don’t perceive any other notes. I applied it and had to run out to wash it off; it made me feel terrible. It’s horrible, one of the worst I’ve tried. It’s very strange, but many Replica scents I find are awful, I don’t know if there’s a common ingredient. I have 4 Replica I love, but others I find horrendous.

Even though I don’t usually wear green or citrus notes, this reminds me of Benetton’s Colors from my teenage years, just more intense at first—it actually became a bit overwhelming. I bought the large bottle. Update: At 30 degrees, the citrus note explodes, making it fresh, though a bit suffocating indoors. The jasmine and orange blossom blend well. After three hours, finally! It smells like matcha latte with lemon. It’s incredible how it changes with the weather. I recommend it only for hot days and advise against blind buying.

The opening is powerful and sharp, like unsweetened hot green tea, but it lasts only a few minutes. Then something creamy and milky, slightly sweet, emerges, covering the tea like perfect whipped cream without being cloying. After half an hour, the intensity drops, staying linear until it fades. The floral and woody notes are very subtle on my skin. It can be worn year-round, except in intense heat, depending on the amount and personal taste. It’s totally unisex and ideal for casual daytime use. It lasts barely 5 hours. Comparing performance and price, it’s not worth buying, even though it smells delicious.
