  Stepping out, it awakens a charming aura: white florals and round citrus notes, not sharp. It smells super natural and relaxing; the interplay between floral, citrus, and woody notes makes me keep sniffing the application spot to watch how it evolves. While it’s quite linear, the shift in note prominence doesn’t overshadow the base. It has a vintage touch that gives it personality. I tested it on one arm alongside Bergamotto Di Calabria by ADP… ADP is simpler and more modern, a bergamot or rich lime scent that reminds me of a lemon pie due to its roundness. Returning to Tonic Blanc, I notice it’s more sophisticated, full of subtle nuances that make it seem crafted, but it evokes an image of an old rich lady strolling through town in an expensive coat with her hair perfectly coiffed, surrounded by elegant friends… very me. I think in spring, in a park with gardens, it would be amazing. It’s November in northern Spain right now, still testing, and I’ll edit later.

In reality, it’s fairly linear, but the shifting dominance of one note over another keeps it interesting without overshadowing the base. It has a vintage touch. I tested it on one arm alongside Bergamotto Di Calabria by ADP… ADP is simpler and more modern, a bergamot or rich lime scent that reminds me of a lemon pie due to its roundness. Returning to Tonic Blanc, I notice it’s more sophisticated, full of subtle nuances that make it seem crafted, yet it conjures an image of an old-money woman strolling through downtown in an expensive coat with her hair perfectly styled, accompanied by refined friends… very much my thing. I think in spring, in a park with gardens, it would be a hit. Right now it’s November in northern Spain, I’m still testing and will edit later.

  I bought a sample from ‘Luckyscent’ and was blown away. It smells like an Italian barbershop: the opening is striking, like vigorously rubbing fresh lemon leaves, instantly transporting you to a green garden. Very citrusy. On test strips, the scent holds strong even after two days; on clothes, it’s still very noticeable on the third day. On skin, it’s absolutely fantastic, but I recommend testing it before buying.

  I bought a sample from ‘luckyscent’ and was very surprised. It smells like an Italian barbershop, with an impactful opening like vigorously rubbing fresh lemon leaves, giving the sensation of being in a green garden. Very citrusy. On blotter paper it holds up strong for two days, and on clothes it’s still present by the third day. On skin it’s fantastic, but I recommend trying it before buying.

  A ‘citrus’ scent that lasts quite a while at the cost of being an awful alcohol bomb. I bought it blind at a good price, what a waste… Now I use it as hand sanitizer and to light the fireplace. For that, it’s luxury.

  If you live in Mexico, you’ll recognize this scent as almost identical to the classic Sanborns cologne. The difference is the much longer lasting time and the enveloping trail of Tonic Blanc. It’s versatile and timeless: comforting in the cold and refreshing in the heat. It doesn’t aim to be original, but rather to revive something already appreciated. For those 35 and up, it surely evokes childhood memories of family members who wore it naturally.
