  And I’m still enjoying the great creations from @savoursweden, and today it’s STEEL BY NAIM, an eau de parfum where the intensity hits you instantly and you know it’s going to leave a unique and attractive trail. At first, the power of frankincense and its magical scent fills delicate violets with smoke, turning them exotic thanks to the olivo’s balsamic touch amidst the dust of its petals; the opening is super aromatic and seductive. The heart remains intense with woody tones, but metallic notes make it unique, strange, and desirable. The warmth of the wood mixes with the cold of the metal, and freshness emerges with aldehyde notes that add shine and soapy nuances. When patchouli kicks in, the composition becomes more enveloping with earthy yet fresh nuances, perhaps thanks to those slightly damp touches. The dry-down is fruity and green at the same time, with black currants that dampen the base and green leaves that refresh the finish. The skin dry-down is frankincense, which stays present and accompanies everything, making the scent very long-lasting and original.
