Pleasant surprise, probably because I had low expectations after reading the bad reviews. The notes don’t match Fragrantica; it smells mostly of bergamot and basil over wood. It’s a simple, pleasant, and well-blended composition—fresh but softened by the wood, making it very versatile for any occasion, season, or outfit. It has elegance but stays casual, and while it’s meant for layering, it’s great on its own. Performance is good, lasting over 6 hours with moderate sillage, but the price feels excessive for this; I’d buy it at half price. €150 is too much.
