Sensual Touch by Tous

I was gifted this two years ago and initially thought it was cloying. However, it’s not gourmand; it’s heavy, patchouli-heavy, and features an unpleasant vanilla. Although I adore strong perfumes like Ange ou Demon or Hypnose, this smells sharp. Last night, after letting it settle, I liked it more: I detected jasmine, grapefruit, and soft violets, but only for a short time. Today, on clothes where it lasts forever, it reverts to that poorly mixed patchouli that gets tiring. I’ll use it up since it’s a gift, but only in winter; I wouldn’t buy it.

I’ve been testing it for a week in hot weather and I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s not overpowering, not suffocating, and not cloying; the scent on me feels very clean with a sweet touch. I love the violet leaf note and I can definitely smell it. The longevity is moderate; by the end of the day it stays very close to the skin and the trail is low. Would I repurchase? Yes, for the quality-price ratio, I think it’s worth it for daily use.

Someone applied it on me in Liverpool, and at first, it was too floral and cloying, almost giving me a headache. The weird part is that it lasted a long time before changing into a more pleasant scent, so I bought a decant and am currently using it. I didn’t feel a sexy side, except for the dry-down on blotter paper where, over the days, it marks itself more as a strong sweet due to the patchouli. The bottle and box are adorable. It’s youthful, but better for people twenty and up, though anyone can use it. It stands out among others and has a good price. I would buy the 30 ml version, but if it runs out, I don’t think I’d repurchase.

So incredibly soft it’s almost imperceptible, and the fact that it smells so faint doesn’t define anything; it’s like a beautiful meal without flavor. What a pity!

This fragrance smells very similar to Le Petit Rob Noir Eau de Toilette, though it’s a bit lighter and more discreet.

I stumbled upon this perfume by accident, hehe. I love its citrus scent with a sweet touch that isn’t cloying. Perfect for both day and night.

For a new release, it’s made quite an impact. I think it’s smart to launch it in 30 ml to encourage people to try it. In the tester, I sensed a simple, elegant aroma, slightly sweet-vanilla but very soft. I liked it, seems perfect for daily use. I love the bottle with the bear, it’s something to keep around.
