This smells like Laurent Dumont, not an indie designer; Fragratica messed up. I wore it months ago and am recounting: it starts with spicy wood and a peppery touch, but minutes later yields to a powdery, apocalyptic rose over exotic oud. The rose dominates for hours, putting the oud on pause. Then an undisclosed patchouli kicks in, making it earthy, while the leather arrives late, very faint, almost like an illusion. The dry down is soft after an intense development. It’s unisex, but the rose is so strong I see it more on a woman. Intense and long-lasting, not for those seeking freshness, but if you love roses, it’s an absolute steal.
It’s a heavy fragrance, but not a bad one. The opening is strong, a punch of oud and roses. Once it dries down, it softens, leaving more rose and patchouli than oud. The projection is huge, so apply with moderation. Great price for the quality.
