  I was surprised; normally I like affected florals or gourmands, but when I smelled this, I found it delicate and consistent, even calming. Personally, I don’t like woody notes or patchouli, but here the scent is so delicate it feels like the flowers are emitting a slight sweetness and freshness.

  The ‘angel wings’ logo and very girly pink packaging made me expect a super gourmand scent with a ton of sugar, but it’s not. As a first impression, it’s a very soft fruity floral with a powdery, elegant touch from the iris. I also detected a warm rose in the middle of its development, along with patchouli and sandalwood. Very pleasant to my senses, but it hasn’t fully convinced me. I plan to get to know it better and see how it develops on my skin; depending on that, I might buy a bottle. Average longevity on my skin (4-5 hours) with a moderate trail, leaning towards soft. It’s the kind that doesn’t overwhelm anyone and is noticeable only from about half a meter away.

  It’s delicate, sweet but not cloying. I’d say it suits women up to 45, but especially those in the 20 to 30 range. Lasts about 4 hours at most.

  Completely different… though I wish other perfumes lasted as long as this one. I only tried it at the perfumery, and it just doesn’t convince me; it’s very serious. Like it has a heavy sillage, or at least that’s how I perceive it when I smell it—it’s very potent, and I’m not a huge fan of that. It’s somewhat generic and very fresh, yes, but not as sweet as I expected. What a pity I don’t like it because it lasts hours on my skin and days on clothes! And yes, you can definitely smell a slight powdery or talcum tone when you get close. I know it’s affordable, but it’s not to my taste. If you like a strong perfume like ‘Amor Amor’, pick this one up; you won’t regret it…

  Nothing like it, though I wish other perfumes could last as long as this one. I only tried it in the store and it just doesn’t quite convince me; it’s very serious with a heavy, powerful sillage that I don’t really care for. It feels a bit generic and very fresh, not as sweet as I was hoping. It’s a shame I don’t like it because it lasts hours on my skin and days on my clothes! Yes, you can tell it has a touch of talcum powder, but I know it’s budget-friendly. If you like a strong perfume like ‘Amor Amor’, pick this one up, you won’t regret it.

  I stumbled upon this delight! Just to clarify, I uploaded a photo to show I’m reviewing the URIC version of VARENS Reve in Gold, which has the same angel wing logo but comes in a white box. The main version in the pink box was at the tester station and seemed sweeter and more powdery. Then I saw the Reve in Gold version, and oh!, the fragrance is very similar to Faire Follie by Carlo Corinto, which I adore: fresh, fruity, floral, and not cloying. It doesn’t last more than 6 hours, but not quite as long as Faire Follie, and the Reve in Gold cost me about $8 USD.

  The packaging caught my eye, and I bought the tester on the spot. It lasts about 8 hours, though my skin loves this kind of scent. It’s super light, not cloying or overly sweet; it’s floral, though it starts fruity, dry, and settles into floral. I’d describe it as a precious, girly perfume, perfect for everyday wear or hanging out with friends. It’s delicate; honestly, I feel like I’ve smelled it before but also haven’t, so I guess it’s quite unique.

  Reve in Gold is my go-to perfume for full-on sunny days. On my skin, the pink grapefruit and orange citrus notes explode with freshness.
