  • In two words: Masterpiece. Incredible perfume from the French house LM Parfums, led by Laurent Mazzone. Opening is a bit complicated and complex with patchouli, leather, and tobacco. Impressive and quite impactful. Gradually, though it changes a lot, it becomes sweeter and softer, I assume due to tonka and balsam of tolu. Incredibly pleasant in this phase, and yes, definitely quite sweet. Very complex perfume, with many ingredients and immense quality. I’ve read that the nose behind it is the sadly departed Mona di Orio. If true, it’s another masterpiece she left us. In my opinion, having tried almost all of them, it’s the best from the brand so far. Brutal longevity (more than 8-10 hours) with a great sillage. For lovers of patchouli and complex oriental fragrances, it’s a must-try.

  • Patchouli Boheme is a marvelous fragrance. A dense, heavy, and complex oriental. A tribute to classics with a modern touch, showing a romantic and ambiguous character. Intense at first, it evolves very slowly revealing dark and deep facets. The patchouli stands out, natural with forest hints, accompanied by leather sweetened by tonka and balsam of tolu. It’s not a sugary perfume; it has that just-right touch of sweetness that makes it incredibly seductive. Slow drydown, dense opening, and a sweet, soft finish. The notes never feel outdated, always current. Excellent quality ingredients, as in all Laurent Mazzone perfumes, and great value for money. Worth it to go out one night and stand out with class. For special occasions. I had it and will buy it again. It’s addictive.

  • Don Giovanni

Almost always matches the friend ‘Drake’, another gem from the great Mona. A clear example of the difference between a good perfume and those watery note salads they sell us. A creamy, armored patchouli that settles on the skin like a glove, delighting everyone around and, above all, oneself. The best part? It hasn’t been reformulated yet.
