I don’t get why fashion houses prefer launching new scents with legendary names like Opium or Miss Dior instead of reissuing their classics with IFRA adjustments; it feels like a lack of creativity and a cash grab using an icon’s name. While the notes aren’t bad and, compared to the nauseating gourmands, it’s not a pale shadow of the original, this My Sin is much lighter, fruity, gentle, sweet, and generic to the point where they should have called it My Virtue or My Heaven, not My Sin.
